III. TECHNICAL COMMENT & CLARIFICATION

3,1 The actuators are sized at pressure of 60 PSIG. Actuator sizing safety factor is 1.5 Times for Spring start torque, the rest of the torques at
1.25 Times. ( AS PER DATASHEET)

Please note we will only provide individual component SIL certificate IEC 61508 from manufacturer for

We offered with 2x SPDT Magnum XT-90 hermetically sealed proximity switch and with black/yellow

The Control accessories offered shall be in accordance with the given description in spec sheet. Where
Control Accessories the maker / port size / model number may be different off equivalent from the stated, but with the same
functionality & operationally.

We shall notify you one/two week prior to actual test date. Third Party Inspection shall be at customers' account.
3,4 This quotation has been prepared based on the available documents/Specification as stated below in III.6.
The equipment offered is, to the best of our knowledge, in accordance with the information available to us.
We reserve the right to re quote upon receipt of a revised specification or customer clarification.
