Kriya For Strengthening The Aura
1) TRIANGLE PUSH-UPS Come into Triangle Pose. Raise the right leg up with the knee
straight. Exhale and bend the arms as you bring the head toward the ground. Inhale and
raise up to the original Triangle Pose. The body moves in one line, from the head to the toes,
forward and down. Continue this Triangle Push up for 1-1/2 minutes. Switch legs and
continue for another 1-1/2 minutes.
2) Sit in Easy Pose. Extend the left hand forward as if grasping a pole so the palm faces to
the right. Cross the right hand beneath the left, palm down. Drop the thumb so that the palm
faces to the right. Grasp the left hand (the right fngers over the left hand), then lock the
thumbs. Inhale, raise the arms up to 60°. Exhale, bring the arms down to shoulder level.
Keep the elbows straight. Move up and down as you breathe deeply for 2 to 3 minutes. TO
END: inhale, stretch the arms up, exhale, relax.
3) Bring the arms out in front with the hands at the level of the face, palms facing each other
about 6 inches apart. As you inhale, swing the arms down and behind the back. Exhale,
bring the arms forward to the original position. Continue 3 minutes with deep rhythmic
breaths.
COMMENTS This is a great kriya for keeping disease away and developing your aura. The
time can be increased to 7-1/2 minutes for each side in Exercise 1, and 15 minutes each for
Exercise 2 and 3. This will create a tremendous sweat. It will help to eliminate almost any
digestive problem. It gives strength to the arms and it extends the power of protection and
projection in the personality.
