(BRAND COMPLIANCE)
This checklist is submitted to you in order to assist in the orderly transition of a hotel into the
Sun Paradise Hotel’s system. Under the terms of your agreement with Sun Paradise Hotels
Management once your hotel is branded as a Sun Paradise hotel, it is your obligation to
ensure that all Sun Paradise Hotel trademarks and service marks are up to the standards of
Sun Paradise Hotel.

The following outlines general guidelines for the pre-opening for Company Managed Hotels
and Franchise hotels:
A. UMBRELLA GUIDELINES
1) Ensure that usage of any Sun Paradise Hotel trademarks, service marks, script, slogans, or
emblems is up to the standards. Ensure that 1) guests are being advised that the hotel is a Sun
Paradise property, 2) telephones are answered “Sun Paradise Hotel”.
The following is a checklist of items which may carry the words Sun Paradise Hotel, or the
service marks for this property. The blank spaces next to each item are for your convenience
in using this checklist, as well as for the use of Sun Paradise Hotels Management or any
other designed Sun Paradise Hotel officer who will conduct an audit.

evaluation system for the trial period and
obtain within the time limits set their
