facades and sleek, contemporary architectural designs possible. By increasing the penetration of
natural light, they lessen the demand for artificial lighting and promote energy efficiency.
Curtain walls also offer efficient insulation and weather protection, guaranteeing a cozy interior
while preserving structural integrity.
Metal Composite Deck/Slab - Metal composite decking is solid and durable, making it a long-
lasting option for structural parts in a building. Because of its lightweight design, installation is
made simpler, and the overall structural load is decreased. Metal composite decking is also low
maintenance and resistant to corrosion, making it an affordable and sustainable option for
various applications.
Window Wall - Window walls maximize natural light and provide an aesthetically pleasing
indoor atmosphere by providing large, unobstructed vistas. During the day, they minimize the
need for artificial lighting and maximize daylighting, which improves energy efficiency.
Window walls' efficient thermal insulation also enhances the overall performance and comfort of
occupants of a building.
Louver
Circular Concrete Column - Since their design is symmetrical, circular concrete columns offer
greater structural stability and load-bearing capability, which lowers the possibility of structural
collapse. In addition to simplifying the construction process, their homogeneous cross-section
makes them easier to mold and strengthen. Circular columns perform better in seismic or high-
wind situations because they also show better resistance to lateral forces and buckling.
Cast-in-place concrete - Cast-in-place concrete is a versatile building material that can be
customized to meet specific project requirements. Because the concrete is poured and cured on-
site, it offers superior structural integrity and guarantees a strong and seamless integration with
other building components. Furthermore, cast-in-place concrete provides increased longevity and
durability, which makes it a dependable option for buildings subjected to a variety of
environmental factor
Shear wall - Shear walls give buildings essential lateral stability by successfully withstanding
horizontal forces like wind or seismic loads. Their positioning vertically within the structure
guarantees structural integrity while facilitating effective use of available space. Shear walls also
improve overall resilience and make buildings safer by reducing the possibility of structural
damage during extreme events.
Plywood - Plywood is a versatile material for a range of construction and woodworking
applications because of its outstanding strength and durability. Its cross-grain design improves
dimensional stability by lowering the possibility of bending or warping. Plywood is widely used
in flooring, furniture, and structural components because it is less expensive than solid wood and
offers a consistent, smooth surface for finishing.
Gypsum Board - Drywall, or gypsum board, is a lightweight, simple-to-install material that
makes construction projects more productive and economical. Because of its fire resistance, it is
a material of choice for interior wall and ceiling applications, improving building safety overall.
Furthermore, the gypsum board provides superior sound absorption, making the interior
atmosphere cozier and quieter.
Insulating Ceramic Fiberboard - Thermal insulation and structural support are two benefits of
insulating cement fiberboard, which makes it a useful building material. The longevity and
general safety of buildings are enhanced by their natural fire resistance and durability. To ensure
a durable and low-maintenance option for insulation applications, cement fiberboard also
provides resistance to mold, moisture, and pests.
Wall Panel - With their range of design options and finishes, wall panels are an economical and
effective way to improve the aesthetic appeal of interior spaces. They aid in better insulation,
which helps control temperature and use less energy. Wall panels are a sensible option for both
residential and commercial applications because they are also simple to install and maintain.
