    properly.
    6 Tower boom synchronization and sequence system operates

    9 Machine controls operate properly at platform & ground control
    stations. (lift, swing, drive, telescope, etc.)
    10 Platform installed & secure. Mounting hardware free of damage &
    secure. Gate opens & latches properly.
    11 Platform guardrails and floor in place, secure and undamaged.
    12 Platform Door locking condition.
    13 Boom sections free of damage, distortion & excessive wear.
    14 Boom chains and cables are free of damage, properly installed,
    properly torqued & properly lubricated.
    15 Power track is free of damage, distortion & excessive wear. Cables/
    hoses are properly routed, no chafing or leaks.
    16 Inspect all cylinder pins, pivot pins, attaching & retention hardware
    for damage, distortion & excessive wear.
