Teamwork is the oil that lubricates the machine that is business

(Henry Brown). The end product that results from all the gears and

cogs working smoothly together is unity. Of course, revenue is tied

directly to this as well as other things like productivity and innovation.

However, let us focus on why unity is so vital to the success and future

of any startup and or small business.

Very early on you’ll notice that the young days of your business

will be fraught with immense challenges. These challenges can stretch

everyone’s patience in the company, and you might start seeing this in

the form of less and less cooperation, office disputes and a general

lack of communication. Slowly but surely, the motivation within your

employees dies and they seek to move on and leave your business.

That’s just one of the risks you run when unity is not encouraged.

A. Compelling, Market-Driven Reason why This Business will

Succeed

Knowing How to Attract buyers. Attracting and retaining

customers takes a lot of hard work and creativity. Even if you have the
best product on the market, you must have a great marketing strategy
to succeed in business.

B. Product Concept

Our product is new and also this is unique. The new product can

be used as a weapon to face competition effectively.

IV. Marketing Analysis

Without customers, the business does not exist. A marketing

strategy or plan is about defining the customer or target, market and
tailoring the product, pricing, distribution and promotion strategies to
satisfy that target market. The product should be consistent to meet the
satisfaction of the customers.

A marketing plan is the engine that drives the business. A

marketing plan describes what the firm will market and how it is unique
(product); how and when the firm will market the product (distribution
and packaging), to whom (target customers), and for how much (price)
the firm will sell its products; and how and what the firm will
communicate to the customers (promotion). This includes what has
been called the four Ps of marketing: product, price, place and
promotion.
