ABSTRACT
A College ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System is a comprehensive software solution designed to
manage the various administrative and academic activites of a college. This system is designed to streamline and
automate a wide range of processes and tasks, including Placement details, Workshop details, Events
details. The college ERP system is intended to provide an integrated platform that connects all departments of
college. The college ERP system is typically a web-based application. It provides access to information and
data for authorized users, including students, faculty and administrator. The system is highly configurable and
customizable, allowing colleges to their specific needs and requirements. The system will greatly simplify and
speed the management process. The admin, faculty or student will perform all the task very easily and more
convenience way.

INTRODUCTION
✓ This is a web oriented application allows us to access the whole information about the college, College
Placements, Events, Workshop Details etc.
✓ This application provides a virtual tour of Campus. Here we will get the latest information about the
Placements, workshop and Events. This generic application designed for assisting the students of an institute
regarding information on the Details of Events, Workshops and Placements.
✓ It also provides support that a faculty can also check about Details which is provided for the students. Here
administrator will manage the accounts of the student and faculties, makes the timetable, and upload the latest
information about the campus. Information about these details updated by administrator.
EXISTING SYSTEM
✓ Existing System will only have about the student marks and attendance details. Will not have any workshop
and placement drives and events details which is conducted in college. The information about the placement
drives and workshop details and Events are entered manually. So that it will consume more time and
employees.
DRAWBACKS:
✓ It have lot of manual work (Manual system does not mean that we are working with pen and paper, it also
including working on spread sheets and other simple software) Requires more number of employees to work.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
Proposed have more updated and aware to everyone.The advantages of proposed system are.
ADVANTAGES:
✓ This management system will be very simple and it will simplify and speed up the result preparation and
management process.
✓ Students do not need to check the notice board every day and every one will stay updated.
✓ All placement details are available so that students can easily get the placements details.
✓ Students can know about the workshop and certification courses which is conducted in college.
✓ Also students can easily get the information about Events which is conducted in college.
MODULES
✓ ADMIN : Admin has all the access rights to the system. Admin is able to manage the user or Staff
Registration, Placement Details, Workshop Details and Events. First he adds all the Information about the
Events. After adding the Information user admission process starts. This all tasks are managed by admin only.
This access is forbidden for the rest of users. Admin can manage the accounts of the all the students’ and staff.
He is responsible to create and send the details to everyone. All the logs of information can be view and
manage by admin itself.
✓ USER : Users are admitted by admin only to the system. When he got admitted the username, email and
passwords are generated by admin and can be managed by student afterwards. Student has access to
Placements details, workshop details and events and upcoming events which are managed by admin. In this
Users can get the information about all these Events.
ARCHITECTURE
ERP is a web application so there is a client server and database management. Here the admin shares all his
thoughts and user can view them. Admin has all the access to modify data at any time. Here database is used for
storing all details about events occuring in the college. The diagram shows the architecture.

✓ STEP 1 : The admin first register into the website with their personal details.
✓ STEP 2 : After registration admin should login into the website with required password that he kept for
security.
✓ STEP 3 : Then admin add all the details about the updated news of the college, any events ,placements details
etc in it. Only admin has the access to add the updated news into the website.
✓ STEP 4 : After that there may be many users, they all should register and login.
✓ STEP 5 : After login the user can view the details shared by the admin about the events, placements in the
college website.
✓ STEP 6 : Then after viewing the content user can logout from the system.
