Addendum To Extra
ERNESTO F. FONTEJON, widower and EARL EDWARD M. FONTEJON, married to Darlene Enna T.
Fontejon, both of legal age, Filipino citizens and residents of No. 3 Sierra Madre Street Metro Montana Village,
Burgos, Rodriguez (Montalban), Rizal, hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS.
WITNESSETH: THAT
That on May 15, 2018 herein parties executed an Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate over a certain real property
and Savings Account described in the said extrajudicial and docketed as Doc. No. 411; Page No. 84; Book No. I;
Series of 2018 and duly notarized by Atty. Florimond C. Rous, a Notary Public for and in Quezon City, which is
hereby being incorporated as part hereof.
WHEREAS, The Original Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate herein executed and signed by the afore-
mentioned parties and did not stated nor included the other real properties of the said deceased. Therefore, the
HEIRS decided to amend and add of two (2) real properties, which are more particularly described as follows:
Containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTY TWO (4,682)
SQUARE METERS.
All points are marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. conc. mons.
Bounded on the S., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 510, Cad-313-D; and along line 3-4 by Road;
on the W., along line 4-5 by Road along lines 5-6-7-8 by Lot 511-A, Csd-01-003117-D identical to
Lot 8494, Csd-313-D; and along lines 8-9-10 by Road; on the N., along lines 10-11-12 by Lot 987,
Csd-313-D; along line 12-13 by Lot 988, Cad-313-D; and along line 13-14 by Lot 1006, Cad-313-D;
and on the E., along line 14-1 by Lot 509, Cad-313-D.
“Beginning at a point marked “1” of 3580, Cad. 316-D, being S.03-37 W., 4460.14 m. from
B.L.L.M. No. 1, Cad. 316-D, thence
S.06-11 E., 216.02 m. to point 2; S.88-06 W., 187.42 m. to point 3;
N.02-10 E., 117.97 m. to point 4; N.06-14 W., 146.10 m. to point 5;
S.84-01 W., 42.75 m. to point 6; N.20-07 W., 16.62 m. to point 7;
N.33-23 W., 21.17 m. to point 8; N.45-27 W., 45.21 m. to point 9;

Containing an area of SIXTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT (69,158)
SQUARE METERS.

Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 3581, Cad-316-D; on the S., along line 2-3 by
Cabatuan River; on the W., along line 3-4 by Lot 3122, Cad. 316-D; on the W., along lines 4-5-6 by
Lot 3121, Cad. 316-D; on the W., along lines 6-7-8-9 by Lot 3120, Cad. 316-D; on the W., along
lines 9-10 by Lot 3119, Cad. 316-D; on the W., along line 10-11 by Lot 3579, Cad. 316-D; on the N.,
along line 11-12 by Provincial Road; on the E., along line 12-13 by Lot 3104, Cad. 316-D; and on
the E., along line 13-1 by Lot 3582, Cad. 316-D.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provisions of Sec.
1 Rule 74 of the Rules of the Court the parties hereto do by these present agree to divide and partition the entire
estate above described and adjudicate as they do hereby adjudicate the same among themselves pro-indiviso equal
share, subject, however the liabilities imposed by Sec. 4 Rule 74 of the Rules of the Court, in favor of any possible
heirs, creditors other person who might be deprived of their lawful participation in the said real properties of
decedent.

acknowledgments, personally appeared:
who were identified by me through competent evidence of identity to be the same persons described in the foregoing
instrument, who acknowledged before me that their respective signatures on the instrument, were voluntarily affixed
by them for the purposes stated therein, and who declared to me that they have executed the instrument as their free
and voluntary act and deed.
This instrument consisting of two (2) pages, where the parties and their instrumental witnesses signed on
each and every page thereof, refers to an Addendum to Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate.
