Ashram

Guidelines
Welcome

We are delighted to welcome you to the Isha

Yoga Center for Ashram Volunteering. Ashram
Volunteering is an opportunity to spend some
time in the Isha Yoga Center with the intention
of transforming yourself.
During your stay you will be in the presence of
several consecrated spaces such as Dhyanalinga,
Linga Bhairavi, and Adiyogi Alayam, as well as
sharing the space with brahmacharis (monks),
ashram volunteers, and guests.

In order to help you make the most out of your

visit, and also help prepare you for your journey,
a simple set of guidelines and other useful
information has been compiled here.

In love, light and laughter,

Volunteers Reception Office (VRO)
