Date of Reckoning is 31.12.2023
Computed as follow :

• M1/W1 25-29 years born on/between Jan 1st, 1994 to Dec 31st, 1998
• M2/W2 30-34 years born on/between Jan 1st, 1989 to Dec 31st, 1993
• M3/W3 35-39 years born on/between Jan 1st, 1984 to Dec 31st, 1988
• M4/W4 40-44 years born on/between Jan 1st, 1979 to Dec 31st, 1983
• M5/W5 45-49 years born on/between Jan 1st, 1974 to Dec 31st, 1978
• M6/W6 50-54 years born on/between Jan 1st, 1969 to Dec 31st, 1973
• M7/W7 55-59 years born on/between Jan 1st, 1964 to Dec 31st, 1968
• M8/W8 60-64 years born on/between Jan 1st, 1959 to Dec 31st, 1963
• M9/W9 65-69 years born on/between Jan 1st, 1954 to Dec 31st, 1958
• M10/W10 70-74 years born on/between Jan 1st, 1949 to Dec 31st, 1953
• M11/W11 75-79 years born on/between Jan 1st, 1944 to Dec 31st, 1948
• M12/W12 80+ years born on/before Dec 31st, 1943

Each swimmer must swim within their respective age group. The actual attained age of the swimmer shall be
determined as of December 31st of the year of competition.

NUMBER OF EVENTS

• This following events shall be competed in all age group categories :

MEN & WOMEN :
•Freestyle : 50m, 200m
•Breaststroke : 50m
•Backstroke : 50m
•Butterfly : 50m
•Individual Medley : 200m
•Relay : 4x50m Freestyle Men Women Mix
4x50m Medley Men Women Mix

COMPETITION
• The competition will be conducted in accordance with FINA Masters Rules except where
mentioned or determined for the purpose of this competition.

• There shall be no limit to the number of entries per-event by respective teams and swimmers
may compete in any number of events offered under that particular age group.

• Races will be combined in the interest of time but medals/certificates will be awarded according
to swimmers’ respective age groups.

• All events shall be conducted on a TIME FINAL basis.

• The seedings of swimmers will be established according to their official entry times.

• Certificate will be given to all participants

• Medals/Certificate shall be awarded to the FIRST THREE placings in each event.

• As per FINA rule MGR 8, Masters competitors must be aware of the need of being well prepared
and medically fit before entering Masters Competitions. They shall assume full responbility for the
risks included in competing in such competitions. In consideration of their entry, they must agree to
waive and release FINA, the Organizing National Federation and the Organizing Committee from
any kind of liability to accidents which may cause death, injury or property loss.

• The Organizing Committee and/or Meet Referee reserves the right to decide on matters not
provided for under FINA Rules or the above said competition rules.

ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY SUBMISSION

• Participants may be either :
a. Representing a swimming (aquatic) club of their country’s FINA affiliated federation.
b. Representing a community which is not registered in any federation.
c. Registering as an individual entry.

•Closing date for entries : Sunday, December 3, 2023
