Delivered different billing and provisioning features for “Webex for BroadWorks” and
“Webex Wholesale” microservices. These features include developing APIs to generate and
get billing reports, pushing the daily usage of SKUs or packages to Cisco IT billing systems
for generating invoices, developing different metrics to track the use of these features, and
other alert mechanisms to support these features.

transform and populate them to Webex calling environment.

functions (selective call forwarding, simultaneous ring, and Sequential ring).
