Webex Wholesale and Webex for BroadWorks


Webex for Cisco BroadWorks is an offer that integrates BroadWorks Calling in Webex.
Subscribers use a single application (the Webex app) to take advantage of features
provided by both platforms. The Webex Calling Wholesale offer integrates seamlessly into
Service Provider’s existing workflows. This allows managing the sales cycle end-to-end
without registering every customer with the Cisco Commerce Workplace.

Delivered different billing and provisioning features for “Webex for BroadWorks” and
“Webex Wholesale” microservices. These features include developing APIs to generate and
get billing reports, pushing the daily usage of SKUs or packages to Cisco IT billing systems
for generating invoices, developing different metrics to track the use of these features, and
other alert mechanisms to support these features.

• Led 2 Scrum Teams (8 members each); collaborate with Product Owners, Team
Members, and Architects to define solutions and drive progress. Co-ordinating with
the Development Team, SRE Team, Customer Success Team, and Product
Management for delivery, maintenance, and support of the delivered feature
• Facilitate Scrum Framework – Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews,
Sprint Retrospectives
• Worked on new microservices, feature architecture, defining and implementing metrics.
• Worked on Provisioning and Billing features which enabled faster user onboarding.
This resulted in higher revenue realization and better user onboarding experience.

User Migration from on-prem to Cloud

• Developed tools and process to Migrate users from legacy on-prem environment to
Webex cloud. This involves extracting user devices, account details, assigned services
and transform the data to populate the Webex platform and provision the users in
Webex calling platform.
• Led scrum teams to develop tools to extract, users, devices, and other required info,
transform and populate them to Webex calling environment.
