ACTIVITY DETAILS
LGU Tagbina is one of the ten (10) municipalities in CARAGA assisted by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG)
in the updating of the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP). This undertaking by DILG Caraga has a funder where the timeline
of deadlines and accomplishments is strict and on-time.

The Planning Core Group, after discussions on the deliverables, has come-up to conduct a 2 day formulation workshop on CDP+
Background Step 4-5 involving the sectoral working individuals. Since this is more on accomplishing MS files forms from previous workshops
from ELA, DTP, CLUP, MDRRMP, LCCAP, etc., the Planning Core Group identified employees for this workshop with request to
bring laptop.

(1) To revisit the sectoral descriptors and success indicators to update the sectoral goals;
(i) To accomplish CDP+ Forms 2a, 2b, 3a and 3b for coming-up the long and structured lists Programs, Projects and Activities
Objectives
(iii) To rank the structured list of PPAs and finally craft the Local Development Investment Program (DIP) as the meat of the
Comprehensive Development Plan
Methodologies
The CDP+ Planning Core Group per EO No. 010-07, Series 2023 will facilitate the workshop and handle the 2-day
activity throughout the duration of the activities.

After brief lectures, participants will spend their time in accomplishing the forms using laptops. There will time for
presentations for the outputs to enhance and come-up with final outputs

ACTIVITY DETAILS
The Planning Team of the Municipality of Tagbina is working hard to come-up with the updating of the Comprehensive
Development Plan. LGU has to finalize yet the chapter on Local Development Plain Investment Plan with the different sectors for
Background its ranking and harmonization with the Devolution Transition Plan.

The Provincial Technical Assessment Team will be conducting the municipal CDP prior to approval by

(i) To conduct finalization of the Local Development Investment Program with harmonization to Devolution Transition Plan;
Objectives (ii) To supplement the programs, projects and activities reflected in the CDP ;
(iv) To rank the structured list of PPAs;

Methodologies
The Municipal Planning and Development Office thru the MPDC will facilitate the workshop and handle the throughout
the duration of the activities.
