We bring changes in practice and policy at local,national and global level using our employees reach,
experience and knowledge. We have been building powerful parteniship for children for over 85 years
and now active in more than 80 countries in all continent.
We would like to enroll several candidates who will fill the following job vacancy to help us achieve our
goals in Tanzania.
High motivational and skilled Teachers. (50 position)
ROLES PURPOSE
The position holders will be hired at EDUK Aid project for the duration of 3 years. The position holders
will be responsible to ensure that all students of the schools visited by our association especially girls will
be educated by conducting seminars so as to understand about themselves and develop their potential
so as to fight against violence, exclusion and descrimation. The position holders will be responsible to
ensure adequate and timely procument support for the EDUK Aid projects as they will be instructed by
our Executive Director.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Experience Essential
 Bachelor of Arts with Education or equivalent study in a field of one or two of the following
subjects, Swahili,English,and French. Other education level especially diploma in BA subjects
will be considered.
 Bachelor of Arts with linguistic, BA with literature and equivalent study in a field.
 Education at BA degree level or equivalent study in a field of Bachelor Programs in
Interpretation.
 At least two years of teaching experience for the mentioned Subjects will be considered.
Qualification/ Experience Desirable
 Experience to work under pressure and within any environment

 Experience in bringing social,peace and unity among children
 Experience on public speaking and writing skills.
Language Required
 Fluency in English language is essential

 Knowledge of local language is a desirable.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 A written test may be used as a form of screening.
 In the day the candidate will be required for interview you will required to provide advanced
scanned copy of degree(s)/diploma(s)/certificate(s) required for this position.
 Birth certificate, National Identification card or Number,

DRIVERS (10 position)
The company would like to enroll 10 best drivers who will be used to transport other workers,
students,and working materials from one region to another within Tanzania. We would like to have
drivers who are flexible and ready to travel at any time needed.
Roles
 To transfer other staff member from one place to another.

 To transfer material and all project equipment through over all the country.
 Ensure passenger safety and comfort during fields trips.
 Maintaining vehicle and other car related accessories to ensure smooth running of vehicle.
 Prepare schedule for vehicle repair,filling of oil,fuel and report to supervisor for apppriate
action.
QUALIFICATION
 Form four certificate of secondary school
 Clean class C Driving licence.
 Attained vocational training in mechanics or automobile.
 One year of experience as a drivers in NGOs, private sectors or government institutions.
