Abstraction
Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the latest digital transformation (DT)
technological trends that the university library can use this technology to provide
services to library users with such alternative educational services. AI can foster
intelligent decisions for controlling and sharing information for learning and research.
However, extant literature confirms a low adoption rate by the university libraries in
using AI to provide good library management during the students are present in the
library, as this is missing in their strategic plan. This study adopts a qualitative content
analysis to investigate extant literature on how AI adoption fosters controlling
services in various organizations. The study also used content analysis to generate
possible solutions to aid AI service and delivery in university libraries. This proposal
for the study uses its findings to develop an Artificial Intelligence that controls the
students in the library by integrating AI applications and functions into the digital
library.

1. Introduction
1.1. Background
It then vanished from public view, until it re-surfaced once more, perceived by some as
doomsday machines, spelling the end of the human race, and said to be the biggest
existential threat of today . Perhaps not human-killing machines, preps, but it rather
bringing unemployment. However, with the rising topic of AI, companies may also
perceive it as a magical tool with value-enhancing properties that has the ability to
transform their organization for the better, while, in reality, they barely have the means to
utilize it, let alone define it. Some companies have a deterministic view of AI, wanting to
integrate it because of the countless benefits it fosters, rather than having an actual need for
it. AI has also caught the attention of the public sector. They have been lagging behind in
digitally transforming their organizations compared to the private sector, with a lack of
competency, resources, as well as differing motivations that hinder them. There are,
however, plenty of ways that AI can be adopted and utilized in public sector organizations,
which spark the interests of many .this technology leads to the mu to use AI in the libraries
to control the students in the libraries during the students use the library.
1
1.2. Problem Statement
AI in the mu library controls all students in the library and gives what the students
want in the library. No once disturb them and all students read in good condition.
Since AI controls the students by its sensor and cameras no noise happen during
controls them.
In the reality the students in the libraries break the rules and regulation of the
libraries by hole up the librarians such us sitting on the chair above one student, eating
and drink food except water, watch not allowed videos such as footballs and other
sports , music video and they noise other students.
If we do not control this problem most students will be disturbed and loss their focus,
decrease the habit of reading in the library and finally academic performance of the
student become lower and lower.
So Implementing AI will make the library work more easier to reach the current and
future plan in their time of need.
ii. How all necessary materials are organized in the library to effective AI decision?
iii. What are the rules and disciplines that AI has to know to decide on the rule
breaker students?

1.4. Objective of the research
This study focused on how the traditional way of controlling student in library can
affect students’ performance on their academic results. And how to advance this
controlling method to modern one.
In this, the intention of the students to study in the library from the first year to third
year. And how it affects their academic performance when they study in the library.
Library was chosen because it is the place of study with more attraction and quite
which must improve by making an updates in its system.
3
But this proposal idea it needs a large amount of capital to put it in the working
environment and also it need professional who can control it.
This proposal considers this limitation and provides such solution for it by putting
some information how this technology could be changed to action.
But it will take little bit long time to in order to make interaction between the system
and the library employs. And it needs some training to.
Others are actively attempting to include AI into the virtual reference process using
automated Chabot’s and a participatory culture that enables users to interact with the
technology during the learning process.
In order to reconcile information seeking behavior with the goals and principles of
libraries, the employment of agent technology in legal libraries was also investigated;
digital libraries were cited as a pioneer in this field of AI.
Law libraries found advantages for agent technology in the areas of reference,
teaching information literacy, and circulation.
The majority of information about AI and libraries has, however, been published in
non-scholarly sources, most notably blog postings, newsletters, and magazine articles.
The development of AI and its linkages to the semantic web and search, as well as
advancements in translation and cloud computing, are highlighted in an IFLA Trend
4
Report.
Chabot’s, neural networks, teaching, and other AI initiatives with the potential to
affect libraries have all been mentioned in the ALA's Center for the Future of
Libraries.
However, they stressed that more librarians should be involved in this discussion,
particularly on the subject of positioning, policies, and the development of standards.
A panel for CFLA warned of the risks linked with AI and the library.
It is hardly surprising that academic research on AI-related technologies is lacking
from libraries.
Throughout the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, libraries have struggled with
difficulties related to the introduction of digital technologies and a general aversion to
change.
Early findings on novel methods for microform acceptance suggested that consumers
considerably appreciated the instant access to documents that the medium allowed.
The library's microform- and database-focused computers eventually made way for
the Internet and, of course, Google.
Similarly to the anxiety and panic surrounding AI today, librarians believed that these
new technological advancements would make them obsolete.
Further research on this anxiety of becoming disposable can be found in the literature
on libraries and digital technology.
According to a study conducted on the university's librarians in Tehran, institutional
change brought about by new technology is met with uncertainty as well as
Significant opposition.
5
It makes sense that the environment would be reluctant to adopt the technology when
the messaging surrounding AI promotes the image of job loss, machine dominance,
and general pessimism.
Linking emerging technology to strategic initiatives is one way to reduce this type of
resistance. And objectives for the firm, announcing new change initiatives, and
frequently involving personnel in the use of the new technology.
Our target population is all postgraduate and undergraduate students that use
Libraries in mu.
Observation
6
We are mu university's library users on the branch campus of FBE. And we frequently
observe disciplines docking. The user does not adore the library's rules. Adults make
up the majority of library patrons. Adults, who like watching various YouTube videos
and who cannot control their laughter, as well as those students who work on group
assignments and engage in free discussion, are known to distract individual readers
and cause them to lose concentration when reading. Another thing that is clear is that
each library has a discipline manager who enforces the library's rules. But when the
managers are there, the majority of users comply with the guideline.
We use a kind of technology called artificial intelligence to help our robots make
decisions. We use different materials like cameras and sensors to help the robot see
and sense the things. The robot then makes decisions based on what it has sensed and
determined to be the correct decision at the correct time.
Our goal is to increase people's awareness of the importance of artificial intelligence
in our community and to teach them how to use technology in a practical way so that
they can understand the importance of AI in their own lives and inspire others to do
the same. In addition, we hope to create creative people in our generation who are
aware of and enthusiastic about the potential of artificial intelligence.
7
1.12. RESEARCH SCHEDULE
Any work has its own timetable (schedule). We also have a schedule in which we
have to complete this research. We summarize our timetable as shown below.
8

PC
3. Software cost 1,200,000
4. Transportation cost 50,000
5. Internet cost 1000
6. Contingency cost 3000
total 1,386,000
The main significance of this research is to make the library safe and good condition
for students.
Increasing student understanding of technology and encourages the students to learn
more about AI.
Reduce the number of librarians working at the library and their associated costs by
making effective and efficient use of the resource.
It's crucial to manage the library without boring.
It very important to improve the security of the students who study in the library and
motivate them to spend more of their time in the library. With good mental condition.
It supports the students to score good grade in their academic performance. Because
it provide them a good study environment
Conclusion
Finally this proposal contains an idea about how ai can improve library system of Mu
University and the useful side of this technology can provide a lot of services to this
university library system. So ai is technology that can minimize the people effort and
wastage of time. Because ai can perform so many tasks without human intervention.
AI is a technology system that supports people in many ways because it can be used
in many ways for different purpose like security, health center, in education, for
military purpose in agriculture sector also. Our proposal focus on the education sector
on library area and how AI can help in library management system and also help to
control students while studying in the library.

Proposal suggestion
Our proposal is providing such as important system for Mu University for its liberty
system to improve the library management system. And give the students good
opportunity interact with AI And gain good experience.
So we offer or suggest that if any one or the university invests on this this idea or this
proposal they will be benefit some much form this Ai technology.
That is way we suggest mu university should use this technology for it library system
and support it students in academic performance.
So we suppose that Mu University use this system and improve it academic service
and it stages of education process.
