Meeting of Teachers and SHS Coordinators for the Graduation

 To orient all the Grade 11 & 12 Teachers and Advisers about
DepEd Order no. 9, s. 2023.
 To present the Timeline of Activities for the Graduation Rites
of the Batch Matatag Class of 2023.
 To designate tasks for all the SHS Teachers and Grade 12
Advisers for the upcoming Graduation Rites.

Implementing Guidelines on the Conduct of the K to 12 Basic

Education Program End-of-School-Year Rites provides guidance to
both public and private elementary and secondary schools
nationwide in the annual conduct of EOSY rites.
During the meeting, it was discussed that according to DO 34,
s. 2022, entitled School Calendar and Activities for the School Year
2022 – 2023, all classes shall formally end on July 7, 2023. Each
school has the discretion to elect the date for the holding of this
year’s rites not earlier than July 10 and not later than July 14, 2023.
Tibag High School has decided to conduct the Graduation Rites on
July 14, 2023, bearing the theme, “Gradweyt ng K to 12: Hinubog
ng Matatag na Edukasyon (K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a
Resilient Educational Foundation). The graduating students for the
school year 2022-2023 will be called Batch Matatag.
In line with the upcoming Graduation Rites, Sir Benjamin S.
Gaspar, Head Teacher I and SHS Focal Person, presented the
timeline Timeline of Activities for the Graduation Rites of the Batch
Matatag Class of 2023. The following are the agreed tasks given to
the Grade 12 Teachers and Advisers:

Moreover, the list of special awards along with the criteria for
selecting the awards was also discussed and presented to the
advisers. The following awards there were agreed upon by the
department are:

 Criteria in selecting the best students to be awarded in each
specific discipline.
The issues and challenges that arose during the meeting were
addressed and discussed by all concerned teachers. Hence,
several actions were made such as:
 Matrix for Pictorial Schedule
 Proposal of Lambal for Graduation Rites

 Special recognition will be given to a student who had
excelled in his/her specific strand (i.e. HUMSS and ABM)
 Follow the criteria given by DepEd in the selection of
qualified students who will be awarded for each specific
discipline.
