Overview
Turontastic is a Filipino snack that is good for people who love Turon because it is modified
with different tastes and flavors. It has a tagline called "Kainin mo ang turon ko", which means you
have to taste our product to know how it differs from other turon businesses that other sellers have
because the product we have is made up of different fillings inside the wrapper. The Turon we had is
made of wrappers, sugar, and minced root crops that can be used as a dessert. In this business, our
goals are to satisfy the consumers by purchasing this product and to taste the deliciousness of
Turontastic. We're also trying something new in the market by modifying the filling or the inside of
the Turon to show that bananas and saba are not the only things that can be stuffed into our usual
Turon.
Since we started this business, we have steadily increased our knowledge, understanding, and
reputation through successful advertising initiatives. We hope to become a well-known and
identifiable food brand as a result of this having a solid customer base. In addition, we are constantly
developing new system products to meet the growing interests of our customers and attract new ones.
We are committed to providing excellent products and customer service, and we are confident that we
will grow and prosper in the marketable food market.

The Problem
Turon is one of the most popular Filipino snacks nowadays. Furthermore, turon, an all-time
favorite Filipino merienda is starting to boom as a profitable business nowadays. But, turon is very
common and the familiarity is its problem. Despite the fact that there are other turon business in
existence today, we are still building this company in a way that will inspire others.

The Solution
We will innovate our turon to make it more appealing to the consumers. Furthermore, we will
add different kinds of root crops to make our product unique and more appealing.

Target Market
Our main target markets are:
• People who live and work in Katapatan /University of Cabuyao, who are looking for quality
merienda.
• People looking for high quality meryenda
• School Faculty Members
• Surrounding businesses looking for a tasty merienda for their customers and staff.
• Families looking for quality, affordable, home cooked merienda to take home and prepare for
their families with ease.
• People looking for a comfortable environment in which to enjoy their spare time eating our
delicious Turontastic.

Keys to Success
• We constantly reinvent our goods to avoid failure.

• We promise to provide consumers with cost-effective, high-quality items.

• Any desired products from the clients may be produced by us.
• The usage of delivery, information, and giving customer happiness as part of customer service
is often the key to our ability to expand.
• We frequently employ both physical and online businesses to reach a variety of clients.

Steps Forward
This business has a lot of goals for the future. We are not content with what we have
in our product; we have ideas and goals to help our company thrive. We are still brainstorming
innovative methods to give new services to our customers. We intend to modify our goods to the
season and events that are taking place in order to keep production going. Whatever happens, the
corporation will not lose money, allowing profit and manufacturing to continue. And these aren't
simply new ideas for our product; we intend to grow it and enhance the menu so that customers
have more options while also not becoming tired with it. We can also start a. We can also open a
partnership with other companies to cooperate with their businesses as well.

Opportunities for Investments and Partnerships

A partnership with another company is a big step for those who have a business because it
will have a big impact on both companies. The outcome can be bad or good. With these opportunities,
it's good to think about it first. But in our company, we only choose who we will do business with so
that we can compare or adapt to their product, such as coffee shops, restaurants, etc., anything that fits
their product and our product, so that we can give our customers a good combination. If we don't
choose who we will partner with, it can end up in the company's losses. When our company grows,
we can open for franchising so that we can increase the number of branches we have, and the
recognition of our product in different places will also enter here. Once our product is recognized, it is
possible that someone will invest in our company, which will contribute to the growth of our business
and introduce it to more well-known businesses. We have many plans for our company, and we are
ready to do something for its growth.
