DATABASE ORGANIZATION

A.INTRODUCTION
A database organization is a collection of information stored in an organized
form. Data base is of all kinds that helps almost all business. A telephone directory alibrary
catalogue and a class registra are examples odatf paper based systems. However’,when we
talk of data we are refering to computerized data basis which is a collection of information
stored in an organized form in a omputer.
Today much of the world computing power is dedicated to maintaining because of
the ability of computer to store large amount of data to quickly process the data.
Computerized data basis are created and managed using data base softwaere called
database management. Examples of database management are Microsoft
access,mysol,oracle,sql server.

B. database structure
They are very useful because they store data in a structure way.When data is
structured it can be manipulated easly and then outputted in different ways. A data base
keeps more than one table.

B1. tables
A table is a collection of reords . Data base table are stored as files. The record is all
of the data in a database. A single raw in a database table is a record. In the patient
