     Comes with unique experience in AutoCAD 2D, Safe and Microsoft Office (Word – Excel - PowerPoint)
    Making architectural and structural drawings for existing buildings and analyzing loads to extract
    calculation notes.
     Completion of finishing a residential apartments according to the client's wishes and in accordance with

     Restoration of the main De Lesseps Hotel kitchen floor by making designs and shop drawing for it,
    following up concrete, finishing work and handing it over to consultant.
     Preparation detailed shop drawing for both steel structure gymnasium of De Lesseps Hotel, entrance gate
    room and making a QS for all structural and architectural elements of the buildings.
     Following up concrete, steel and finishing work for both gymnasium, entrance gate room and handing it
    over to consultant.
     Design and construct of concrete floor tanks for hotel.
     Following up finishing and restoration work inside and outside villa, rest house and service building for De
    Lesseps Hotel.
     Following up all landscape work, including excavation, concrete and finishes.
     Receiving snag list for villa building from consultant and making all notse.
     Making a quantity surveying for all De Lesseps Hotel project elements.

    Skills & Abilities


    DESIGN
     Have the ability to design buildings according to Egyptian code Geometric – Structural Design using
    AutoCAD2D, ASD, Sap, Safe and CSI Column creating a realistic element that has the possibility to be
    executed.

    SITE AND MAINTENANCE


    • I took responsibility for the construction, finishing and restoration, considering the factors of quality and
    time.
    • Finding innovative and rapid solutions to any sudden problem that may arise on the site, without
    prejudice to any of the other points.
    • Make work inception requests to consultant and snag list considering doing all the notice mentioned by
    him.

    TECHNECAL OFFICE
     Quantities Surveying
    Mange to use AutoCAD and Excel to calculate the most possible quantity trying to avoid mistakes could
    happen that cause aggravated cumulative problems.
     Shop Drawing
    Mange to use AutoCAD Structural Detailing to create of steel, concrete reinforcement detailing and
    fabrication shop drawing, then extract bent bar schedule.
    Manage to use AutoCAD 2D to get steel structure sections with all sides and dimensions.
    Manage to use AutoCAD 2D to draw site buildings and landscape AS Built.
     Document control
    Manage to make invoices for owner and Sub-Contractors.
    Creating (weekly – monthly) reports that shows the volume of implementation.
