SECTION 1. Official Logo/Seal.

The official logo/seal of the Barangay Government of Cacafean, Marcos


shall be as depicted below:

SECTION 2. Purpose of Seal and Authorized Use of Logo/Seal. The official logo/seal of the Barangay
Government of Cacafean, Marcos shall be for official purposes only. It shall appear in all official documents
of the Barangay and SK Government of Barangay 13 Cacafean, Marcos, Ilocos Norte and in circumstances
where the Sangguniang Barangay permits the use thereof.

SECTION 3. Unauthorized use of the logo/seal. It shall be unlawful for any person, natural or juridical, to
print the official logo/seal of the Sangguniang Bayan for purpose of sale, distribution or circulate,
manufacture, publish, use, display or offer for sale any document or items, merchandise which simulate the
official logo/seal of the Barangay 13 Cacafean, Marcos without the express written consent of the Punong
Barangay.
Any violation of this provision shall be punishable by an imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days or a
fine of not more than One Thousand Pesos (P 1,000.00) or both, subject to the discretion of the courts.

SECTION 4. Separability. In the event that a part of this ordinance be declared invalid, the remaining
provisions not declared so shall stand effective.

SECTION 5. Repealing Clause. Any ordinance or measure found to be inconsistent with this ordinance
shall be deemed repealed.

SECTION 6. Effectivity. This ordinance shall be effective upon its approval.
