• Efficiently managing Talent Acquisition for four regions encompassing 210 branches (South East,
South West, Baluchistan, and Interior Sindh), while leading a team of three professionals.
• October 01, 2023, hiring of SMEs & Agri Staff falls under the purview of Branch Banking domain.
• Establishing a comprehensive CVs DataBank covering all positions related to branches, ranging
from Area Managers to Business Development Executives (BDE) and Rural BDE.
