BUILDING FAÇADE
Elegant and sophisticated front elevation designed by prominent
architect under the guidance of our Chairman Md Shah Alam.
Contemporary Architectural patterns and ornamental green patches will
be used to enhance the aesthetics of the exposed facades of the building.
All road facing balconies will have attractive looking railing comple-
menting the facade.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN CRITERIA


For all service connections and disposals, Rajuk building codes will be
followed.
Soil investigation carefully carried out by an experienced and quali-
fied firm using standard methods and equipment’s.
All architectural design would be carried out by prominent architec-
tural consultant. Designs will be implemented only after approval from
our Chairman.

R.C.C. SPECIFICATIONS
72.5 / 60 grade AKS/BSRM/KSRM/GPHdeformed 500 TMT bar will be
used as reinforcement.

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL
Residential power supply with separate energy meter for each apartment
2 high speed Lifts (Mitsubishi/LG/Orona/Sigma/Otis), Both unit of 6
passengers Lift
Standby Generator of required capacity to serve Lift, Pump, Lobbies
and Intercom Service and Common spaces will be provided.
Generator will support 2 fan and 3 light each apartment
Quality Electrical Switches, Circuit Breakers, Plug points and other
accessories will be used
Good quality Light Fixtures in stair and lobby
Individual Electric Meter & Electrical Distribution Box with Main Switch
will be provided in each apartment.

BRICK & PLASTER WORKS


Outside walls will be made of AutoBricks. All interior walls will be of 5”
thickness made of plastered gas burned bricks.
Cement (Lafarge/Shah Special/Bashundhara/Equivalent) will be
used for plaster.

UTILITY SERVICES (WATER & GAS)


All service lines (electricity, sewerage, water, gas etc.) shall be con-
cealed.
Underground and overhead RCC water reservoir with continuous &
standby pumps (GAZI/PEDROLLO)
Titas Gas approved gas line layout design and gas connection (If
government provides connection)
ENTRANCE
Decorative and secured gate at entrance to the complex.
Attractive exterior lamps, name/address plaque and decorative landscape features will be set up along the entrance
area.
Guard’s enclosure with message window will be set up beside the entrance gate.

GROUND FLOOR
Driveway will be covered with decorative paving blocks ensuring proper friction.
Adequate lighting arrangement in driveway, reception area & staircase.
Car parking areas will be marked maintaining required standard measurements.
