CASTROL ANTIFREEZE NF
Diesel engine coolant
DESCRIPTION
Anti-freeze NF is a balanced formulation of mono ethylene glycol and corrosion inhibitors.

APPLICATIONS
Anti-freeze NF is a nitrite, phosphate and amine-free coolant Aqueous solutions of Anti-freeze NF act as both an antifreeze and
containing ethylene glycol. It has been developed to meet the coolant and impart very good anti-corrosion protection to all metal
growing demand from manufacturers for a higher performance parts found in the cooling systems of internal combustion engines.
coolant that minimises environmental impact.

FEATURES/BENEFITS
Anti-freeze NF provides excellent protection against corrosion, and Cavitation erosion is caused by the implosion of air bubbles present in
because it contains no phosphate, the problems of deposits in some the coolant and which are attracted to the liner outer surface. These
modern performance engines are eliminated. In addition to providing bubbles implode, resulting in the removal of minute amounts of liner
excellent corrosion and low temperature protection, the use of the material - this, if allowed to continue unchecked, will result in liner
recommended level of anti-freeze will significantly reduce the porosity and severe engine damage.
likelihood of wet cylinder liner pitting due to "cavitation erosion".
