    2. Please make Job Request for any malfunction equipment and log in Machine Maintenance
    Logbook.
    3. Please write in the logbook all new equipment or machines received.
    4. Please fill in all necessary data in logbooks completely.
    5. All rechargeable equipment/machine should be charged every weekend (Sunday).
    6. Clean all equipment/machine every after use, using proper disinfectant.
