    -Modifications were made to improve dressing programs of the CAPS by reducing the
    numbers of incorrect readings failure and prolonging the service life, as the previous cut-
    off was .11mm and was reduced to .05mm.
    - Improvements were made to cell processes to increase cell cycle times.
    -Provided support for 8 months to Martinrea's sister plant in Tupelo, MS. Working in the
    press and assembly area. Supported to improve the cell processes to achieve the required
    goal, modifying robot programs, PLC logic Allen Bradley.
    Support was given to sister plant with problems in the sealant process in Jonesville,
    Kentucky.
