    We are the researcher from Eduardo L. Joson Memorial College and we are writing this
    letter to ask your permission to allow us to conduct an interview among the 10 teachers in your
    school who can give us sufficient information regarding to our research, entitled, “Challenges
    Encountered by Bongabon Senior High School Teachers in terms of their Performance: A Basis
    for Human Resource Development Intervention Plan”. The goal of this interview is to utilize the
    informants’ shared information and real life experiences which could guide us in delving deeper
    on its interpretation and analysis.

    In this regard, we guarantee you that we will not disturb the schedule of your staffs. We
    will highly appreciate the time you may allot to us upon conducting our survey. Your response to
    this letter is crucial in providing the necessary information in our study to help us achieve the
    factual result.

    This interview will be recorded via tape. All information provided will be kept in utmost
    confidentiality and would be used only for academic purposes. The identity of participants will
    remain confidential with only the interviewer, his/her group members, being the only individuals
    listening to the recorded interview or viewing any transcribed portions.
