    WAIVER OF RIGHTS

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, WENCESLAO MANSAYON, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of


    ________________________, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
    hereby depose and state, that:

    1. I am a holder of rights of ownership and possession over a parcel of land


    located in Lot 48, Block 32, Sunflower Street, Upper Bicutan, Taguig City under Psd-13-
    002680 containing an area of 161 square meters.

    2. I was issued a Certification of Lot Description by the Land Survey Records


    Section and a Subdivision Plan (Cadastral Mapping) by the Land Management Sector of
    Department of Environment and Natural Resources, of the abovementioned parcel of
    land.

    3. I am no longer interested over the abovementioned parcel of land.

    4. I hereby voluntarily waive my rights and interests over the abovementioned


    parcel of land, for an act of love, liberality, and generosity.

    5. I freely GIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY my rights and interests over the
    abovementioned parcel of land in favor of my sister, Emily M. Santos, Filipino and with
    residence and postal address at Blk 32, Lot 48, Sunflower Street, Central Bicutan,
    Taguig City.

    6. My sister, Emily M. Santos, is willing to assume all obligations for the unpaid
    real estate tax assessments in connection with the abovementioned parcel of land.
