    1. Antara Steel Mills Sdn Bhd (ANTARA STEEL) is inviting you to quote for the above
    inquiry.
    2. Your quotation is to be clearly marked with the above Quotation Ref. No. Please
    address your quotation to the above address and Purchasing Section by return
    facsimile or e­mail, clearly and always quoting the Quotation Ref. No.
    3. Please ENSURE your quotation complies with our intended inquiry by giving the
    correct descriptions and specifications of the items, price, unit of quantity,
    payment terms, delivery period, delivery terms and any other relevant terms.
    ANTARA STEEL shall not entertain any request by the bidder for revision of price(s)
    due to the bidder’s omissions or errors of pricing after the order has been
    officially awarded to the bidder.
    4. ANTARA STEEL reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to award to
    any supplier of ANTARA STEEL’s choice without assigning any reason thereof. Only
    successful bidder will be notified.
    5. ANTARA STEEL prefers payment terms of Open Account – Credit Basis with any supplier
    and payable after delivery of items and submission of invoice supported by the
    necessary documents to ANTARA STEEL. Other terms and condition is negotiable. The
    INCOTERMS 2010 edition shall apply.
    6. Labuan is a Duty Free Port in Malaysia and declared as a Designated Area (DA) by
    Malaysian Royal Customs and Excise. Your quotation shall not include duty. Under
    GST Act 2014 Labuan FT enjoys special GST treatment, Supplier/contractor need to
    declare in their quotation if and should the GST is applicable.
    7. All wood packaging material (WPM) used in any consignment imported into Labuan,
    Malaysia must be treated/fumigated with Methyl Bromide gas (CH3Br) and "marked"
    accordingly accompanied with Certificate under International Standard for
    Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) No.15(FAQ2009).
    8. Supplier/contractor must declare that the parts or products to be supplied are
    genuine, and the brand name as well as country of origin shall be indicated by
    supplier/contractor. In the event that the parts are found to be counterfeit,
    adulterated or under imitation, ANTARA STEEL has the right to reject them partially
    or as wholly and shall seek reasonable compensation from supplier/contractor.
    Subsequent business transaction may be suspended and if the practices have been
    ongoing for sometimes, ANTARA STEEL shall have the sole decision of terminating the
    registration of the supplier/contractor.
    9. This message is only an inquiry and shall not be construed as a form of order;
    hence there shall be no obligation by ANTARA STEEL.
