You are working for Airbus and your team needs to present facts and figures to market
analysts. The market analysts’ job consists of carrying a SWOT analysis (acronym for
Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) to help clients make informed decisions
about their market.
*Your team has to prepare a presentation whose purpose is to provide market analysts with
the information they need so that they can quickly assess the performance of Airbus in the
marketplace.

Organizing information
A presentation with a clearly signaled structure will be much clearer to an
audience.
• First, say what you are going to say, (INTRODUCTION)
• then, say it, (MIDDLE PART)
• and, finally, say that you have said it (CONCLUSION).
Making a good introduction. Successful speakers are all aware that the first
three minutes of a presentation are the most important. It is essential to
establish rapport with the audience, gaining their confidence and making
them prepared to give attention.
