PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
1. The use of corrugated oil tank, robot automatic welding, to avoid leakage.
2. The shell is sprayed after pickling to ensure that the shell paint will not fall
off for 30 years (test standard: corrosion resistance of the coating within
100h, hardness ≥0.4, test method according to Chinese national GB/T1730
standard).
3. The transformer oil is Kunlun Lubricating Oil 25#, which are owned by
CNPC, in accordance with the Chinese national standard GB/T 7555-2017 to
ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the transformer.

former with oil consevator matches the best capacity of oil pillow to meet
the load needs.

tine tests for 220kV and below transformers except for the special test
of sudden short circuit, which can fully meet all kinds of test require-
ments of transformer product development and production.

PACKAGE&SHIPMENT
The packaging of all goods delivered by HENGFENGYOU ELECTRIC shall
comply with the regulations of the country of destination and have strong packag-
ing suitable for long-distance transportation and loading and unloading. The
packaging shall be intact during transportation, loading and unloading, and vibra-
tion reduction, impact and wear prevention measures shall be taken. According to
the characteristics of electrical equipment, the packaging shall be separately
provided with moisture-proof, rust proof and anti-corrosion protection measures
as required to ensure that the goods can be safely transported to the equipment
installation site without any damage and corrosion. Before loading and packag-
ing, we are responsible for checking and cleaning the equipment, leaving no
foreign matters, and ensuring that the parts are complete.
