Capitaspring is a high rise oasis that continues the city’s vertical urbanism with
diverse neighborhood of restaurants, office spaces, a serviced residence, and sky
gardens from the ground all the way up to the 51st floor. building is defined by a

THERE’S A GREEN OASIS FROM LEVEL 17 TO LEVEL 20

• The Green Oasis seamlessly weaves nature
vertically into the architecture and satisfies
the spatial limitations of the locale while
granting tenants and residents abundant
access to green spaces
• The overall vertical soft-scape of the Green
Oasis mimics the plant hierarchy of tropical
rainforests.
• Shade-tolerant plants with large leaves are
found on the “rainforest floor,” requiring the
least amount of direct light.
• Moving towards the canopy layer – the
“roof” of the rainforest – trees are defined
by their smaller leaf structure.

• The top 29 floors offer premium office ZONE A LIFT
spaces with panoramic views of
the Singapore River and Marina Bay.
• Capitaspring has column free floor plates
(22000sqft) with the floor efficiency of
upto 90%.

• Both the main vertical/lateral structural
elements and the floor spanning systems are
constructed from concrete which has been
cast in place and utilizes steel reinforcement
bars and/or steel reinforced concrete which

Parking area and ramp

• According to NBC norms if Saprate lifts are provided the


basic RTT equation of 4.2.5 maybe used.
• Average vehicle occupancy may be considered as 1.5 per
car.
• The landing may have the minimum width as that of the
ramp the landing maybe minimum 1.5m in length
• Handrails maybe provided for any ramp with vertical height
greater then 150mm to prevent pedesdrians and wheelchair
users slipping from the ramp
