RELEVANT Items for Quote #1C9GCMT Revision 6 (Included in Contract Total) Qty Part# Description Networking Network interface (100 BaseT) wit h the following integrated DIC OM 3 services:
DICOM Send: sending of images into the DICOM network. DICOM automatic transfer of each scene Send allows for to another DICOM destination be it an archive or a workstation. This is a backgroun d process, thus does not interfer e with the ongoing fluoroscopy or acquisition. DICOM-Storage Commitment (StC ): feedback from the image arch ive. DICOM SC (Storage Commitment) is the bi-direction al communication that visually tells the user whether the transferred data is successfully received by the storage receiver . This provides the necessary safety to the user before deleting the acquired images locally in the imaging system. DICOM-Query/DICOM-Retrieve : Retrieval of archived images from a digital archive or from a workstation. DICOM Query/ DIC OM-Retrieve allows the user to query an external DICOM database and search for previously acquired cardiac / anglo scenes or even CT / MR images. A study can be selected, retrieved back into the imaging system and be displayed as a reference image. DICOM-Print: printing of images by means of a virtual film sheet on a DICOM laser camera. DICOM Print: allows to print images via virtual filmsheet on a DIC OM Laser camera. Optimization of the workflow is realized by an auto-send functio n for all filmsheets. Images are transferred successively. In add ition, the virtual filmsheet allows an individual layout. The user can preview and even manipulate or change the layout directly on-screen, saving unnecessary print-outs.

Peripheral digital angiography with stepping and online subtrac tion display. Excellent image quality from the abdomen to the feet is due to the fact that adjustable parameters such as acquisition framerate, measuri ng fields, position of collimator blades and semitransp arent filters are stored specifi cally for each table position. That way the different x-ra y transparencies for abdomen, legs and feet can be compensated and a consist ent, contrasty image quality is ensured. Just one single injection of con trast media protects the health of the patient and gives the physician an instant, sub tracted image display of the peripheral blood vessels.

Description
Focus 0.3/0.6/1.0 (15/40/80 kW). Anode angle 12. High tube power provides brilliant image quality even with heavier patients. In addition there is no need for X-ray pauses even during lengthy case s. The X-ray tube is completely silent which is an additional benefit for patient and user.
Angio collimator
Compact multileaf collimator for DSA and cardiolog ical applications with rectangular diaphragm, wedge-shaped filter diaphragms and finger-sha ped graduated filter. Five-step adaptive Cu pre-filtration (CAREFILTE R)to reduce the equivalent skin dose and improve radiation quality through dose reduction of the soft radiation parts. Filter steps: 0.1; 0.2; 0.3; 0.6; 0.9 mm Cu.
Independent rotation and shi fting of filter diaphrag ms. Automatic synchronous rotation of detector and collimator unit to compensate image rotation in the different working positions of the gantry. CAREFILTER is an intelligent control software, that helps minimize X-ray dose without negative impact on image quality. Especially the soft radia tion gets reduced. During fluoroscopy and acquisition special copper prefilters are being inser ted fully automatically into the X-ray beam depending on current X-ray transparency calculated by CAR EMATIC. This is necessary to ensure that the optimal prefilte r value is always active. For the user it would be too time consuming to adjust prefiltration via man ual operation.

Display of the measured dose-area product and the calcul ated patient entrance dose (CAREWATCH) at the flatpanel display. Electronics unit with DIAMENTOR measuring chamber integrated in the collimator housing for detection of the dose-area product and the calculated patient entr ance dose (CAR EWATCH). Configurable displays on data display and image system monitor. During fluoroscopy: Patient entrance dose rate.
During fluoroscopy interval: Accumulated patient entrance dose or dose-area product or percentage of the dose limit (total dose from fluoroscopy and acquis ition). The critical equivalent dose of the skin (skin dose) to avoid X-ray related skin injury is at about 2 Gy. CAREWATCH consistently calculates and displays the actual accumulated skin dose (in percent of the 2 Gy limit). This helps the user to realize a potential patient hazard early enough. 1 14402026 Acquistion 2k

Lower body radiation protection
For shielding the lower body against scattered radiation within the examin ers moving range. The lower body radiation protection can be attached to the access ory rails either on the right or on the left side of the patient positioning table. It consists of the following independent shielding units:
-
A basic unit shielding the area between accessory rails and the floor. It is flexible and can be adapted to the exam iners preferences. Two clip-on units pointing upwards from the upper edge of the basic unit with a length of 57 cm and 27 cm. Option: A third upward-pointing scattered radiation shielding unit that can be clipped onto the upper edge of the basic unit, with a length of 27 cm. The scattered radiation shielding units can be attached to the basic unit in an overlapping and fan-shaped way so that they ensure a closed, adapted scattered radiation protection even in the lower thorax area. DynaCT Package
syngo DynaCT offers cross-sectiona l imaging in the interventional suite from projection images of rotational angiography by an Artis ED system. syngo DynaCT provides excellent soft tissue image quality (512 matrix) for neuro and body imaging. Body images are reconstr ucted in 30 seconds neuro images in less than 1 minute. syngo DynaCT extends the existing ran ge of high-contrast resolution for the visualization of vessel and bone structures, providing soft-tissue imaging.in the intervent ional suite.
syngo DynaCT is especially suited to sup port radiologists and neuro- radio logists during interventional procedures in the angi ography suite with both endova scular and non endovascular procedures. Providing enhanced decision making during oncology procedures such as chemoembolization and RE-a blations, spinal procedures. In neuroradiology syngo DynaCT allows the visualization of bleed ings, the ventricular system of the brain and microstent placement.
With syngo DynaCT it is possible to visu alize a density difference of 10 HU (Hounsfield Units) of an object 10 mm in size in a Thick-MPR display. (Measured with a CATPHAN 15 CT phantom).

Description
Linked Marker is used to display a graphical reference overlaid to the live image marking an anatomical structure that is visi ble in the 3D volume or markin g the pathway for a puncture to guide the needle. The Linked Marker tool places points or lines onto the 3D data set. Placement can be performed either in the MPR view or directly in the VRT view. Eith er all or selected graphics may be overlaid on the current live image Fluoro, Roadmap or Acquisition in order to support the user during an interve ntion. Linked Marker graphics may be saved with the 3D data set. Tha t means these points and lines can be archived for later rev iew with the 3D data. Linked Pointer Linked Pointer displays the cur rent mouse cursor position on the 3D volume and matches the corresponding position on the live monitor. With Linked Pointer function sele cted, all cursor movements in the InSpace MPR view are simultaneously shown at the cor responding position in the 2D image on the live monitor.
