26.1
Minor repairs made necessary by “Unforeseen Natural Phenomene””
Ir the works necessary to remedy damages caused by an “Unforeseen Natural
Phenomena’ are below certain threshold values, the Contractor will carry out
those works as part of his normal obligations and without having the right to
invoke the provision of the contract concerning emergencies and
remuneration of emergency works, In. these cases the consent of the
the
limployer is not needed and the Contractor will simply carry out the works
on his own initiative, He will nevertheless inform the Employer of the
damages occurred and the remedial measures taken,
2.6.2

3.1(GC-27) Minor improvement Works and Emergency Works shall be executed by
the
Contractor on the basis of Work Orders issued by the Employer.
3.2 (GC-27.2) Work Orders shall be issued in writing and shell include the date on
which the Work Order was issued and the signature of the Employer. Two copies
of the Work Order shall be-transmitted by the Employer to the Contractor, who
shall immediately countersign one copy,
