    HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:


    Full Term, SVD,NICU for 12 days due to jaundice on phototherapy but mother discharge him DAMA
    At age of 1 months mother notice fever but accidentally found to have anemia Hemoglobin=5,5 then transfused after 2 days reach 8 then
    drop to 7 and transfused
    Then monitor Every week for Complete Blood Cell Count till last week transfused when Hemoglobin reach 7.4 and reach 13g/dl

    Family History:
    Parents are first cousin ,mother is 32 years old ,father is 39 years old ,both are healthy
    They have 1 boy normal
    He came after infertility of 10 years (no clear cause)
    No history of abortion.
    No family History of similar condition.
    No family History of hematological disease.

    Outpatient Department after 3 month with Complete Blood Cell Count.

    To continue on folic acid daily and for monitoring closely for any signs of hemolysis.
