Note –
1. Our Scope of Service will be restricted to the above stated points only.
2. This offer is based on the above quantity received from purchaser side same to be taken in purchaser scope
only.
3. We are not supply any instruments, sensor and cables (power, control & signal) and cable tray J.B, PDB and
accessories, if required same to be taken in purchaser scope only.
4. Installation of all Instruments, sensor and cables (power, control & signal) and cable tray J.B and PDB if required
same to be taken in purchaser scope only.
5. We have not considered isolator/barrier for analog & digital signal, if required same to be taken in purchaser
scope only.
6. After 10-work man-days if required 12500/day chargeable shall be paid by purchaser.
Exclusions-
 All mechanical & civil works shall be in purchaser scope.
 All instruments like flow meters installation in pipe line shall be in purchaser scope.
 Provision for Control Room with AC for System shall be in Purchaser Scope.
 Provision of AC Power Supply for System at Control Room.
 All existing Field Instruments in working condition shall be in Purchaser scope.
3- Commercial:
Prices for above said Monitoring System:

A. Design, Supply & Supervision of Commissioning for AB make Hardware and as per the scope defined in BOQ & scope
given above in offer.
 Terms & Conditions
 Price Basis – EX-Works Noida
 P&F: 2%
 Freight: as per applicable
 Payment Terms: as per your current contract.
 Taxes & duties shall be as per GSTN at the time of shipment / dispatch.
 This proposals is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the proposal.
 Additional, commissioning man day if required, shall be chargeable at Rs. 12,500/-) per day. Inclusive
of B&L, To & Fro charges & local conveyance charges shall be paid by Purchaser.
 Delivery: 8-16 weeks date of drawing/Data Sheet approval.
 Warranty: 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from date of dispatch whichever
is earlier.
