    Subject: Role & authorization for viewing/downloading APAR
    data from SAP for convening of DPC/e-DPCs (offline/online) of
    various streams-regarding.

    In pursuance of the promotion order issued vide letter No.


    BSNLCO -PERS/13(11)/3/2022-DPC dated 16.11.2022, 02 DMs
    namely Shri Chander Prakash Mehta, HRMS No. 199802818 and
    Shri Sailash Kumar, HRMS No. 200204116. at Serial no. 800 &
    1088, working in Pers.DPC-SM section, were promoted to AGM
    grade. Due to updation of their position in SAP on promotion,
    their roles and authorization for viewing/downloading APAR
    data have been withdrawn in SAP.
    2. For convening of DPC/e-DPCs in offline/online mode for
    various streams, the following roles are required in the SAP for
    the AGM level executives as mentioned in Table A below:

    4. In view of above, roles as mentioned under para 2 may be


    provided to AGMs of DPC-SM section & roles mentioned under
    para 3 may be provided to DMs of DPC-SM section for

    and approval of GM(Pers.) please.
    The above roles in SAP will be provided by Sr.GM(CIT),
    BSNLCO.
