    In pursuant to FCI, Zonal Office (N) Noida’s Office Order No. 21/2024/E-
    IX dated 31.01.2024 issued from file no. ZO (N)-35011(25)/3/2023-ESTT IX
    ZO(N) following AG-II(D) working under Haryana Region are hereby promoted
    as AG-I(D) against the panel year 2024 without prejudice to the claim of the
    officials who are senior to them, and retained in the same Division/RO

    The promotion shall be subject to further order which may be passed by
    Hon’ble Supreme Court and subject to any writ petition pending in any Court.
    They will be treated as STAND REVERTED without any Prior notice in case
    decision is taken by the competent authority/any court from the date of
    decision in this regard and will be binding upon them on Promotion.

    अफ ऩदोन्नत ककमे जा यहे उऩयोक्त वखणात कभाचारयमों के ऩूवा भें मदद कोई ऩदोन्नतत
    आदे श जायी हुए है , तो वह ऩदोन्नत आदे श एतदद्वाया द्वाया तनयस्त/वाऩस ककए जाते है |
    The Promotion order issued earlier, if any, in respect of aforesaid
    officials who are now being promoted are hereby withdrawn/Cancelled.

    स.श्रे.II(आ.) के रूऩ भें उनसे वरयष्ठ के दावों ऩय कोई प्रततकूर प्रबाव डारे बफना एवॊ
    ऩदोन्नतत ककए गए ऩद ऩय कामाग्रहण की ददॊनाक से उनकी ऩदोन्नतत प्रबावी होगी|
    The Promotion will take effect from the date of their joining in the
    Promoted Post and will be without Prejudice to the claims of those seniors to
    them as AG-II (D).

    कभाचारयमों की कामाभुक्क्त औय कामाग्रहण, बा.खा.तन.,भुख्मारम के ऩरयऩत्र सॊख्मा ईऩी-


    03-2023-33 ददनाॊक 05.10.2023 के खॊड 14 के अनुसाय शालसत ककमा जाएगा। तनधाारयत
    अवथध तक कामाग्रहण नहीॊ कयने ऩय कभाचायी का ऩदोन्नतत आदे श तनयस्त कय ददमा जामेगा।
    इसके अरावा, मह भाना जाएगा कक वह ऩदोन्नतत ऩय जाने का इच्छुक नहीॊ है औय उन्हें तनगभ
    के भौजूदा तनमभों के अनुसाय दो सार की अवथध के लरए ऩदोन्नतत से वॊथचत कय ददमा जाएगा।
    The relieving and joining of the officials shall be governed as per
    clause 14 of FCI Hqrs Circular No. EP-03-2023-33 dated 05.10.2023. The
    Promotion order of the officials will stand cancelled if they do not join by the
    stipulated period. Further, it will be deemed that they are not interested to go
    on promotion and they will be debarred for Promotion for a Period of two Years
    as per extant rules of the corporation.

    ऩदोन्नत कभाचारयमों की ऩदोन्नत ऩद ऩय कामाग्रहण रयऩोर्ा कभाचारयमों से


    तनम्नलरखखत वचनफद्धता रेने के उऩयान्त ही स्वीकाय ककमा जाएगा|
    The joining report of the officials being promoted may be accepted in
    the promoted capacity after obtaining the following undertaking from the
    officials concerned:-

    ऩारन कयने के लरए फाध्म होऊॊगा तथा भैं सॊस्वीकृतत ऩद सॊख्मा से मदद अथधक ऩामा जाता हूॉ
    तो इस दशा भें प्रशासतनक अऩरयहामाता के लरए ऺेत्र से फाहय स्थानाॊतयण हे तु फाध्म होऊॊगा। ''
