This pertains to the letter of Ms. Karen Joyce V. Bautista, Project Development Manager of
DMCI Project Developers, Inc., requesting for Sangguniang Bayan Resolution of No
Objection for their MONCELLO CREST project at Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet.
In this regard, may we request that a site inspection be conducted by your office together
with the undersigned to validate the area concerned. A certification on the result of the
inspection is also requested from your end as part of the necessary requirements before the
issuance of the resolution being asked pursuant to Municipal Ordinance No. 389, series
2020.
Attached are the submitted requirements and a copy of the ordinance for your perusal.

Development Corp., requesting for reclassification land from Agricultural to Commercial
property under TCT No. 016-2021001059 at Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet.
In this regard, may we request for a certification stating, among others, that the proposed
project or intended use of the land is ecologically and environmentally safe and sound
pursuant to the documentary requirements for land reclassification under Municipal
Ordinance No. 153, series 2008, of this municipality.
In aid of legislation, may we also request that said certification be submitted to the
undersigned not later that seven (7) days upon the receipt hereof.

property under TCT No. 016-2021001059 at Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet.
In this regard, may we request for a certification stating, among others, that the proposed
project or intended use of the land is ecologically and environmentally safe and sound
pursuant to the documentary requirements for land reclassification under Municipal
Ordinance No. 153, series 2008, of this municipality.

Development Corp., requesting for reclassification land from Agricultural to Commercial
property under TCT No. 016-2021001059 at Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet.

causes other than its actual size, had ceased to be economically feasible and sound for
agricultural purposes and that the reclassification will not prejudice that rights of any actual
cultivator or occupant of the land pursuant to the documentary requirements for land
reclassification under Municipal Ordinance No. 153, series 2008, of this municipality.
In aid of legislation, may we also request that said certification be submitted to the
undersigned not later that seven (7) days upon the receipt hereof.

This pertains to the letter of Mr. Mark Andrew Y. Belo, President of Adije Realty &
Development Corp., requesting for reclassification land from Agricultural to Commercial
property under TCT No. 016-2021001059 at Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet.
In this regard, may we request for a certification stating, among others, that the land shall
have substantially greater economic value for residential, commercial, industrial or other
non-agricultural purposes and that the propose project or intended use is in harmony with
the urban development and growth expansion plans or programs of the municipality and
attesting the actual remaining area of agricultural lands which that municipality may still
reclassify under Section 20 of RA 7160, if the application is approved, pursuant to the
documentary requirements for land reclassification under Municipal Ordinance No. 153,
series 2008, of this municipality.
In aid of legislation, may we also request that said certification be submitted to the
undersigned not later that seven (7) days upon the receipt hereof.
