Executive summary

We were successful in designing the circuits and layout for

Tec Shoe. Tec shoe offers an innovative and dependable
method of haptic feedback-based interior and outdoor
navigation. Our design also incorporates precise pressure
sensing to provide precise data on a person's foot movements
and pressure distribution while walking, jogging, or running.
With support for USB charging, this project depicts the
finished and commercially viable device. We are confident
that our product will appeal to the large majority of
individuals who use their cellphones for navigation, athletics,
and the general public.

Statement of the problem:

Smartphones have been an excellent tool for navigation over

the past few years, and businesses like Google have
developed both outdoor and indoor navigation, but they still
have a limitation in that you must hold them, look at their
screens, or listen to them to get directions. In addition, many
people don't know how to use navigation systems in
smartphones, and occasionally they get confused about which
way is the left or right. Additionally, deaf people are unable to
hear the instructions coming from their phone.

Purpose

We propose a unique method for receiving these navigation

instructions from smartphones that makes use of a device that
is often overlooked—the shoe—in an effort to get around the
problem. Our research would focus on creating a smart shoe
prototype that could connect to cellphones via bluetooth and
aid deliver navigational information through the vibration
units put all over the shoe. The wearer of these Tec shoes
could essentially get signals from the shoes on when, where,
and what kind of turn to make.
Tec shoe:

Did you ever consider a shoe a few years ago that could
effectively track your movements and analyze the footsteps?
While you are wearing it and going about your daily business,
does the shoe also evaluate your gait patterns and a variety of
other health metrics?

Tec shoes are present, so everything is proceeding smoothly

and normally. You getting a better handle on your health
monitoring procedure is the only goal of Tec Shoes.
A tracker built into a pair of Tec shoes makes it easy to keep
track of your daily activity, including how many steps you've
taken, which part of your feet gets the most contact, how
many calories you've burned, and how many more you should
burn. A Tec shoe also offers features like LED strip lighting
that may change its color, automatic lace tightening, and
more.

A tec shoe can pretty much give you all the necessary health
metrics so you can keep track of things and get healthier. In a
world where it is questionable whether this quick evolution of
technology is advantageous or not, it is really astonishing how
technology is assisting the general public in improving their
health. If you've ever been curious about Tec sneakers. They
are the modern wearable smart devices that you can wear like
shoes and use to monitor all the important health indicators
throughout the day. Keep in mind that we mentioned "today's
time" since it has more than one function to fulfill.

drawbacks, and potential in the future.

Historical Evolution:

The development of smart shoes has its roots in the

technological advancement of footwear throughout history.
Shoes, which were originally made only for protection, have
changed to meet different needs. Technology was used
because of the change from leather to rubber soles and
eventually to contemporary cushioning materials. The
invention of smart shoes can be dated to the beginning of the
twenty-first century, when wearable technology started to take
off. Early innovators tested out basic pedometers that were
incorporated into shoes to track steps, providing a
foreshadowing of the possible merger of technology and
footwear.

Technological Components:

A variety of technology elements are included in smart shoes,

allowing them to communicate with both the wearer and the
surrounding environment. The core components of these
intelligent wearables include sensors, microcontrollers,
batteries, and wireless communication modules. Pressure
sensors track gait and weight distribution, while
accelerometers and gyroscopes detect movement and
orientation. The sensor data is processed by microcontrollers,
which also enable connectivity with other devices. Together,
these elements provide functions like step counting,
navigation, fitness tracking, and health monitoring.
Challenges and Ethical consideration:

Researchers and manufacturers must handle a number of

issues that have arisen as a result of the technology's inclusion
into footwear. Battery life is still a major challenge because
small power sources can't always sustain the continuous
operation of connectivity modules and sensors. Another
challenge in design is making sure that functionality is

Product Branding:

As brands have grown, they are no longer just associated with

a particular good or service. The business goal in this instance
of bringing the product to the market is to introduce the brand
to a limited group of people and gauge their response to the
product.
The Anxiety and Depression Association of America's
statistics shows that 40% of daily stressors endure persistent
stress, and 72% of persons who experience daily stress and
anxiety believe it interferes with their lives in some way.

Therefore, releasing the goods under private brand labels will

help the company differentiate itself from other well-known,
powerful brand names. The company will generate large
earnings for manufacturers and dealers with the use of a
private branding approach. Due to their collaboration with
other businesses, the product is more inexpensive and less
expensive. As married couples and workers make up the
majority of the population in Lexington, they are the market
that is targeted. Three planning methods, including the sales
process, campaign planning, and marketing planning, are
included in the strategic planning tools for the product's
branding.

The planning of the sales process comprises branding the

goods via traditional media, direct mail, publicity,
telemarketing, and the organization of various events. After
conducting market research and holding modest events in and
around Columbia, Orangeburg, etc., we can start by sending
emails to potential customers.

Planning a campaign enables our company to support social

media engagement and online advertising to anticipate that
users will be familiar with the brand. Customer retention,
business growth, expansion, and sales management will all be
emphasized in the third level.

The brand is increasingly well-known among consumers

because of many qualities. Customers are more likely to buy a
product if it offers appealing qualities like elegance, allure,
and health benefits, among others. The brand must expand on
its powerful brand promises and lessen its flaws.

OPERATIONAL PLAN

The activities and goals that the organization will pursue to

work toward accomplishing the goals and objectives outlined
in the strategic plan are outlined in an operational plan. It
offers the structure for a company's daily activities. A year is
covered by an operational plan. Annual operational plans
should be used to support your strategic plan. Where there is
paid employees, senior staff members will frequently create
these; nevertheless, they need management committee
approval. The Management Committee can then assess
progress towards achieving the strategic aims and objectives
based on reporting against the operational plan.
