    2024 IN — SERVICE TRAINING (INSET) FOR TEACHERS

    To: All Master Teachers, Key Teachers and Teachers

    1. In reference to DepEd Order No. 22 s. 2023 or the School Calendar of Activities for SY 2022
    - 2023, and in accordance to Division Memorandum No___ s. 2023, _______ Elementary
    School conducts MIDYEAR BREAK AND IN - SERVICE TRAINING (INSET) 2024 on
    January 24-26, 2024 from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
    2. This activity aims to:
    a. revisit different strategies/ approaches and assessment in managing the in - person
    classroom;
    b. enhance teachers' instructional competence to be effective and efficient in the delivery of
    learning;
    c. capacitate teachers on the different ventures that will improve performance and develop
    excellence in the workplace;
    d. update on the process of portfolio preparations for RPMS/IPCRF mid - year review; and
    e. Update on the accomplishment of each subject based on LOA results and Craft an
    Action Plan.

    3. Participants to this INSET are the teachers from Kinder to Grade Six.

    4. Teachers are advised to have with them a meeting notebook for them to document/ jot down
    essential learnings and reflection.

    5. Enclosed are the Executive and Technical Working Committees with terms of references, list
    of demonstration teachers per grade, presenters and the training matrix for the smooth flow
    of activities.

    6. There will be a meeting of the L & D Team, Technical Working Group, Chairman of each
    Committee and Speakers/ Facilitators on Monday, January____, 2024 @ 10:00 AM.

    7. Speakers/ Facilitators for the said INSET are requested to present their Structured Learning
    Episodes (SLE) and their Presentation (Slide decks) for critiquing on January __, 2024 at
    1PM.
