Welcome to Kathmandu - The capital of Nepal. On arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, begin your tour of 'Royal

Day 2: In Kathmandu | Full Day City tour of Kathmandu (06Hrs tour) 06-May Mon

Today, enjoy a Full Day city tour of Kathmandu, visiting temples of Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath, Swayambhunath,
temple of the living Goddess and stroll through the old Durbar Square. The rest of the evening is free to enjoy

Day 3: On to Chitwan (170 kms / approx. 8 Hours drive) 07-May Tue

Today you will proceed on a drive from Kathmandu valley into the subtropical Gangetic plains - the Terai region, to
Chitwan. Located at the foothills of the Himalayas, Chitwan is famous for its rich flora, fauna and
wildlife, especially the single-horned Asiatic rhinoceros and the Royal Bengal tiger! On arrival in Chitwan, check
into your hotel. (L & D)

Day 4: In Chitwan | Morning Game Viewing at Chitwan National Park 08-May Wed

Early morning, proceed on a safari in Elephant into the Royal Chitwan National Park, passing through Sal
forests, riverine vegetation and 'elephant grass' savannah. Spot different species of birds, butterflies and the most
famous single-horned Asian rhinoceros. If lucky you will spot the Royal Bengal tiger. Rest of the afternoon is free for

cancellation fee.
In the event that LFCWALA has to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, customers will be offered the choice of a
full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for a different date. We aim to provide our customers with flexibility and excellent service, and we appreciate your
understanding in these situations.

Amendment Policy

amendment, such as price differences or penalties from suppliers, will be passed on to you.
4. Refunds: Please note that refunds for amendments are subject to the terms and conditions of your original booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be
processed within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your tour package instead of amending it, our standard Cancellation Policy will apply.

Payment Policy

1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be
applied towards the total cost of the tour.
2. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 50 days prior to the tour departure date. Failure to make the final payment by this deadline may result
in the cancellation of your reservation, with applicable cancellation fees.
3. Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or bank transfer or by UPI. Please note that a 3%
surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
4. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made within 50 days of the tour departure date are subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations
will be processed within 25 business days, minus any applicable fees.
5. Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during the tour, such as optional excursions or extra meals or extra bed/rooms or extra travels
must be settled before the end of the tour.

By booking a tour with LFCWALA, you agree to pay the specified deposit amount at the time of booking. Full payment is required at least 45
days before the tour departure date. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
2. Cancellations & Refunds:
· If you cancel your tour reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
· 60 or more days before departure: 60% of the tour cost
· 15-25 days before departure: 90% of the tour cost
· Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
· Refunds will be processed within 24-28 business days of cancellation.
3. Changes & Itinerary:
LFCWALA reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, and transportation due to unforeseen circumstances or events
beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of equal value.
4. Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or
lost luggage. LFCWALA is not liable for any of these incidents.
