Sub Theme: Difference between friendship, romantic and sexual
relationships
Objectives: Students will understand the differences between friendship,
romantic, and sexual relationships and develop skills to navigate these
relationships safely and respectfully.
Lesson Proper
Friday Routine Exercise/Dynamic Stimulator (5 minutes):
Interactive Activity: Divide students into pairs or small groups and have
them discuss what qualities make a good friend. Each group can then
present their ideas to the class.
Romantic Relationships:
Provide time for students to reflect on what they've learned during the
session and share any insights or questions they may have. Encourage a
supportive and respectful atmosphere where students feel comfortable
expressing themselves.
Summarize the key points discussed during the lesson, emphasizing the
differences between friendship, romantic, and sexual relationships, as
well as the importance of communication, respect, and consent in all
types of relationships. Assign any follow-up assignments or readings to
reinforce the concepts covered.

Objectives:
1. Understand the factors contributing to early pregnancy.
2. Identify methods and strategies for preventing early pregnancy.
Lesson Proper
Friday Routine Exercise/Dynamic Stimulator (5 minutes):
Role-playing: Divide students into pairs or small groups and assign them
scenarios related to early pregnancy prevention (e.g., refusing peer
pressure to engage in sexual activity, negotiating condom use with a
partner). Have them role-play these scenarios and discuss strategies for
handling similar situations in real life.
Provide time for students to reflect on what they learned during the
health session. Ask them to share any insights, questions, or concerns
they have about the topic. Emphasize the importance of creating a safe
and supportive environment for discussing sexual and reproductive
health.
Summarize the key points covered during the lesson, highlighting the
importance of proactive measures for preventing early pregnancy. Remind

societal norms and messages related to sexuality.

Play a game like "Myth vs. Fact" where students are presented with
statements related to sexual health and have to determine whether they
are myths or facts. This engages students in active learning and dispels
common misconceptions.
