Eggetarian Diet Plan

Throughout these 21 days, you will try following this diet as closely as possible
especially considering the portion size. We will be drinking at least 4litres of
water every day. You can add some 0 calorie detox drinks here and there
during the day. We will try to stick to unprocessed, whole foods such as fresh
fruits, green leafy vegetables, whole grains, dairy and poultry for meals as well
as snacks. Avoid processed foods, starchy vegetables such as potatoes, cabbage,
and cauliflower. You can take calcium and multivitamin supplements along
with this diet.
We will also avoid fruits in this diet and will limit its intake to up to 1 time a
day.

As for beverages, one can opt for hot or cool green tea and herbal teas, black
coffee and we will avoid taking our regular tea as much as we can. If it is
completely necessary, we will limit our intake of coffee/tea to ½ cup a day.

The timing of the meal although has been recently disproved, is still important
in the case of Indians. Like I explained earlier, space out these meals into 5-6
meals evenly. The calories equation still stays the same, but the meals being
equally distributed keep your metabolism kicking thus helping fat loss.
Macronutrient-wise this means having the most amount of carbs during
breakfast, and a negligible amount in dinner. Keep your protein high for all
meals. I have mentioned that we will take a total of 5 meals a day out of which,
3 will be heavy meals and 2 will be snacks. You can choose depending on what
you feel like eating and when.
In case you are doing intermittent fasting, it is important that you get your all-
major meals, salads and green smoothies in before moving on to the 2nd snack.
You can only consume black coffee, green tea and water during your fasting
window. And no, you can’t even drink milk during the fasting window.
We will also be avoiding:

 Anything from Bakery store (except brown bread)

 No sweets, Sugary foods, jam, jelly, sugary drinks like cold-drinks,
packed juices etc…
 No potato, yam, arbi or sweet potato
