    DEAR MEMBER, INVESTOR, CREDITOR

    IN RE: MIRROR TRADING INTERNATIONAL (PTY) LTD t/a MTI (IN


    LIQUIDATION) ("MTI")
    REGISTRATION NUMBER: 2019/205570/07
    MASTER REFERENCE NO: C000906/2020

    The abovementioned liquidation as well as previous correspondence with creditors/


    members and/or investors regarding claim submissions refers. All known creditors
    must please take note of the following:-

    1. The Liquidators in conjunction with a forensic team created a program called


    MARS which allows for each creditor/member and/or investor, who submitted
    a claim (whether it is a hard copy or digital copy) to receive an e-mail via
    claims@mticlaims.co.za

    2. The e-mail informs each separate claimant of the actual amount of their claim
    after having been scrutinized and compared with the information they
    provided as against the back office information at the disposal of the
    liquidators.

    3. Each creditor will have the opportunity to comment on the actual claim
    amount by replying to the e-mail with “Accept” alternatively with “Reject”.
    Should you reply with “accept” your claim will be submitted for proof (at a later
    stage) and will be brought into the liquidation account. Should you reply with
    “reject” you must provide sufficient proof and supporting vouchers to support
    your claim.
    4. Please note, that creditors which have already submitted claims via the proper
    channels, do not have to re-submit claims and will be provided with the
    necessary information and e-mails in the near future.

    5. The liquidators are currently awaiting the declaratory application to court,


    which will determine the causa, date of claim and other issues pertaining to
    claims as ruled on by court, whereafter claims can be finalised in terms of the
    court’s ruling.

    6. At this stage it is extremely important that all creditors/members/investors


    check their information as per the back office and inform the liquidators via the
    MARS system of any suggested amendments/queries together with
    supporting vouchers supporting such amendments.
