made for the delay in disconnection and the customer shall be liable to pay for the charges.
6. TDS Certificate to be submitted within 30 days of filing statement of deduction of tax as
per the provisions of Income-tax Act, 1961 read with Income-tax Rules, 1962. Non-
adherence will lead to the reversal of the TDS amount posted, leading to service
Service Accounting Codes (SAC) restriction in case outstanding is not cleared.
