 Chapter 1 Introduction of 4H
This device simultaneously combines the SHR, RF, ND YAG, and E light (IPL+RF systems), as well as four
distinct hand-pieces. The four hand-pieces are an ND YAG laser hand-piece, an E-light hand-piece, a shr
hand-piece, and a bipolar RF hand-piece. We refer to it as intelligent because it can automatically recognize
the pertinent systems when plugging in various handles.

It’s very easy to operate:

1. 1. If you insert an E-light hand-piece into a machine, the machine will recognize it and instantly switch to an E-
light system. The E light system menu and E light (IPL+RF) performance are then displayed as a result.
2. 2. Turn the machine off, remove the E light hand-piece, and plug in the RF hand-piece individually at a time.
At that point, the machine will recognize the RF system and switch to it automatically.

Chapter 2 Installation of 4H

1. Open the package when receiving the machine. Place the machine on flat ground. Check that the machine is in good
condition based on its appearance, and that there has been no damage during transportation. If there is any damage or loss,
please contact us and the courier as soon as possible.

The package, when picked up, is as follows:

Emergency
An E-light, IPL, RF, or ND-YAG laser hand-piece can be plugged in here.The machine will instantly transition
to the appropriate system when you plug in a different hand-piece. For instance, turning on the E-light system
automatically after plugging in an E-light hand-piece.

Accessories:
Note: The control button on the hand-piece and the pedal (foot touch) both act to regulate the output of pulse light.

Please wait until the machine is dry before adding water to test. In fact, we verify the device's functionality before
shipping and release water when it runs flawlessly.

After the aforementioned procedure, keep the treatment room's temperature between 22 and 28 °C and its humidity
level over 20 %. Finally, add water and test the function.

Other introduction:
With four kinds of independent systems, it automatically identifies and switches to a different system when
plugging in a different hand-piece.
1. Input water
(1). Clean or distilled water as the source of the water;
(2). At the same time, unscrew the water input and split water caps.
(3). Utilize the water funnel and pipe to add water.
(4). How can I determine if there is sufficient amounts of water? Please pay attention to water that spills; when water
naturally flows from the spill, there is enough water input.
(5). Draw out the water pipe and water funnel; wait until there is excellent water circulation before tightening the screw

PS: Before starting up normally, this is done to guarantee proper water circulation. It can only run if there is
excellent water circulation.
How can I tell if the machine has good water circulation?

1. How can I know if the water in my machine is being circulated well? Water usually makes noise as it flows.
2. The probe (sapphire) goes cold under machine power after three to five minutes.
3. There may be some air in the pump if the water doesn't cycle properly or the probe isn't cold. We recommend the following
actions:

4. Please stop any further operations once the first LCD display displays after turning the machine on.
5. Please wait until there is excellent water circulation before tightening the caps on the water intake and water spill.
6. The machine must be turned off after two minutes.
7. Hold the white hose slackly and vertically.

On the E-light system display, first select relevant treatment modes, such as Hair Removal, Skin rejuvenation, etc

Touch "Ready" on the LCD display, step the pedal or touch the control button on the hand-piece, and you see the pulse output from the
probe, indicating that it can perform the operation..
Attention:
1. Please do not point the probe directly at people’s eyes; the intensive pulse light is harmful to the eyes.
2. Insert the filter into the hand-piece before operation to avoid skin burning. It’s very important; please do not
forget.

After operation, can touch “standby” to stop the system; touch “return” to return to the display

Attention:
A. Before treatment
a). Place the machine on a flat surface.
a. Input enough water and make good water circulation before operation.
b. Water source: distilled water or pure water
c. Before the operation, make sure the probe is cold. (The handpiece is easily damaged if you perform
an operation with no water circulation or a hot probe.)
d. Flammable and explosive things should be kept away from the operating room, such as liquids, and
gases.

To the patients:
a). Skin classification: Fitzpatrick Scale I-III is safe and effective.
b). Remove perfumes and cosmetics from the skin by cleansing it.
c). For comparison, use a digital camera and capture photographs in several orientations if necessary.
d). Use an external anesthetic one hour before the therapy if necessary. If you are having hair removal treatment, please shave
your hair prior.
e). Apply the cooling gel to the skin in a 3 mm thick layer.
f). Wear an eyepatch before using the device.
g). It is important to note that looking directly at the intense pulsed light might cause eye damage such as keratitis or even
eyesight loss.
h). Wearing watches, necklaces, and other jewelry is not permitted during treatment.
To the operators:
a). Set the appropriate parameters.
b). Insert the filter into the hand-piece head.
c). To achieve an even energy output in treatment, please shoot the first three pulses to ground at the beginning.
d). Wear glasses before the procedure.
e). Wearing watches, necklaces, and other jewelry is not permitted during treatment.
f). Do not gaze directly at the intense pulsed light because it could cause keratitis, or even blindness.
g). In the event of a high-voltage threat, please do not open the machine's panel unless absolutely necessary.
h). Before moving the machine, the screw caps must be tightened.
i). Slide the probe vertically on the skin, keeping it close to the skin.
j). While working continually, allow the equipment to rest every 2-3 hours
k). The handle is delicate; please use caution when hanging it from the holder or in the handle.
l). Please begin with a lower energy level and gradually increase the energy level based on the actual conditions.

Others:
System alarm of water temperature:

The lowest system temperature setting is 150 °C, and the highest system temperature setting is 550 °C.The
machine operates effectively between 150 and 550 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is less than 150°C or
greater than 550°C, the probe produces no pulses.

B. In the process of treatment

a. Spread 3 mm of cooling gel in front of the ears and beneath the chin. Making a test of 2-3 places based on the
previous parameter design. After 3-5 minutes, check the skin reflection to ensure you have the correct treatment
parameter.
b. When treating protruding areas of the bone structure (such as the forehead, mandible, and cheekbone), modify the
RF energy suitably based on the patients' varied situations.
c. During the therapy, vertically glide the bipolar probe on the skin with level force and check to see if it is well
contacted. Overlapping shots ensure that positive benefits are obtained in the treatment region.
d. Please keep stepping on the pedal or pressing the button on the hand-piece.
e. Gradually increase the energy from low to high; avoid using more than 3 J at a time to avoid skin burn.
f. When completing a treatment or attempting to change another treatment component or parameter modification,
first release the button on the handpiece or pedal to avoid an electric shock.
g. It can be changed based on the patients' current conditions.

C. Special Notices

a. Avoid direct sunlight and sunburn before and after the treatment; instead, use a suntan lotion (cream) with an SPF
of at least 30.

b. Avoid chemical or mechanical stimulation for one week before and after the therapy.

c. Take no filled items or injectable treatments before or after the treatment.

d. After 3 days of therapy, avoid direct or indirect cardiac stimulation to the treatment area, especially for individuals
with high pigment deposits.

e. If you have previously received laser skin care therapy, please wait at least 3 weeks before undergoing this
treatment.
f. Aftercare instructions for IPL therapy treatment
g. IPL therapy treatments are performed at our office. Afterward, you will be able to ride home without any
restrictions. However, you should avoid rubbing or putting pressure on your eyes for at least 12 hours after treatment.
You should also avoid exposure to sunlight and bright lights for at least 24 hours after treatment, as this can irritate
your eyes.

1.) Hair removal: 640nm

Customers' skin is made to feel cold by ultrasound gel, which also helps light penetrate deeper layers of skin.
Step the pedal, touch "Ready" on the LCD screen, or activate the handpiece's control button. When the probe produces a pulse,
you can do the necessary procedure.

Please do not point the probe directly at people’s eyes; the intensive pulse light is harmful to the eyes.
After operation, you can touch "standby" to stop the system; touch "return" to return to the previous display.

1) hair removal: 640 nm

a. In one session, you will receive 3-5 treatments.
b. Do the first three treatments every two weeks, then every four weeks after that.
c. Feelings during treatment: slight stinging and heat on the skin, but people find it comfortable and tolerable. A
tiny redness will occur on the skin 1-2 minutes after treatment and will fade quickly. In this situation, you can
lightly tweeze the hair root, resulting in natural shedding and no pain.

If there is redness or inflammation on the treatment region, it indicates that there is an excess of energy in the
e instrument.
If you have a burn or wound, we suggest looking for a doctor for professional treatment immediately.

d. Effect of cooling gel: cooling and light transfer

b. To prevent an electric shock, press the step pedal or handpiece button as soon as the probe makes contact with the
skin.
c. To prevent skin burns, gradually increase the probe's sliding speed. As long-term therapy proceeds, the probe may
generate correspondingly greater heat.
d. Maintain the overlap at 1-2mm. Shots that overlap each other ensure the treatment area's success.

5). Pigment treatment 530 nm

a. 1-3 or 3-5 treatments as one period.

b. Every 3-4 weeks for one treatment. Because the human metabolism period is 3-4 weeks, some
decomposed pigment cells are phagocytosed by the lymphocyte, and expel from the body along with the
metabolism.
c. Pain sensations such as needle pricking occur during treatment. Pigment will be darker 3-30 minutes or 2 days
after treatment. The scabs then peel off 7 days after the last treatment. Meanwhile, the redness and swelling will

6). Breast lifting treatment 690 nm

a. Skin cleansing: anti-allergy cleansing cream

b. Skin shrinkage remedies include soft water, moisturizer, and lotion.
c. Massage some breast-plumping essential oil into the breasts for around 10-15 minutes.
d. Apply 2-3mm thick cooling gel to the treatment area.
e. Hold the treatment handle vertically and move the probe back and forth on the breast.
f. In general, a heated sensation on the breast indicates that the treatment is effective.

4. Operation time:
a. One therapy period may consist of 1-3 or 3-6 treatments.
b. For one treatment, every 1-2 weeks. The treatment approach holds that encouraging the renewal of mammary
gland cells and improving ligament tissue will naturally swell the breast. Because the human metabolic cycle lasts
3-4 weeks, the stimulated capillary vessel tissues will decrease and stabilize with it.

1. Pre-treatment
a) Skin types: It is suitable for white, brown, and yellow skin.
b) Create a treatment agreement.
c) Remove any perfume or cosmetics from your skin.
d) Photograph yourself before and after therapy.
e) We should schedule an anesthetic appointment one hour ahead of time if necessary. Hair should be shaved to
1mm for hair removal treatment.
f) If the probe is not cold or turns hot, please stop using this machine and contact us for assistance. Otherwise,
it will cause injury to humans and damage to the machine.

2. During treatment
a) The operator should wear professional protective glasses, gloves, and a respirator, while the patient should wear an
eye patch.
b) When applying the treatment to projecting areas (such as the brow, mandible, and cheekbone). Adjust the energy
appropriately based on the patients' conditions.
c) For each treatment, one press of the handle button and one movement equals one shot.
d) When completing a treatment or attempting to change a treatment component, first release the button on the
handle or foot-pedal to avoid an electric shock.
e) If you want to glide to a different region of the skin, please let go of the button or foot pedal first.

3. Notices

a) Please avoid direct sunlight before and after the treatment, and apply a UV protector (cream) (SPF > 30).
b) One week before and one week after therapy please refrain from using chemical or mechanical stimulation.
c) Do not undergo any filling or injection treatments for two weeks before and after the procedure.

--Don’t install the device in the dusty place. Any dust entering into internal structure of device, may cause electric

Preparation before treatment

--Keep the appearance of machine clean
--Arrange the proper position for machine and patient

Please be more careful when you move machine, should keep the machine in good condition and
position. Although the YAG laser is of good structural seismic design based on function, should be
more careful anyway and avoid hit on other items. Strong vibration to handle will affect its optical
system, especially Avoid strike and in the case of laser crystal broken.

--Prepare all necessary instruments and tools

--Please prepare a wet towel for patient when use ordinary anesthetic

--Please connect the power cord and foot pedal

Plug key Attentions:

Once any anomalous critical situation happens, please press the emergency witch
down to cut down power supply immediately and assure safety.

Any big misregistration of optical system, please contact with our technician timely.

The optical system means whether the aiming indicator light and YAG laser in one line or not, in other words, the
laser spots should be in the same place with the aiming indicator light. YAG laser and the aiming indicator light
will be in different place in the bad optical system condition, which shall not get accurate treatment in turn.
Generally, strong vibration will cause the imbalance of optical system.

Probe of 1064nm is suitable for blue, black and cyan pigment, while 532nm probes is suitable for red, green, coffee and

Find the optimal treatment distance

If the distance between skin and headpiece is in or over 3-4cm, the output energy is weak than the focus energy.
When the distance is 3-4cm, is called as the focus energy. So we need to find
 which distance is the best for the treatment.

For the shorter probe 1064nm, as it is used for blue, black and cyan
pigment,

It is easy to remove tattoo with foliage pigment and hard to remove tattoo with complex pigment and chemical
pigment. Because complex and chemical pigment have iron ion and plumbum ion to make removal treatment
difficult.

2)Tattoo color

It is easy to remove light color tattoo, but difficult to remove green a yellow color tattoo.

3) Corporeity difference
It includes age difference, skin difference etc.

FAQ: after several treatments of tattoo removal on eyebrow, colors lighten a lot but it has been turned out to blue
color.

Reason 1 Chemical Possibility in treatment and solution

pigment Difficult to remove, if the color turns to blue, black or red after several treatment.
Please take 1064nm for further treatment. Generally, the pigment penetration is less
