    CIRCULAR (For Classes IX to XII)


    Dear Parents, 05.02.2022

    Hope you and your family are safe & sound!!

    This is with reference to the DDMA Circular (No. F.60/DDA/Covid-19/2021/Vol.II/518 dated 04.02.2022 for
    reopening of schools w.e.f. Monday, 07.02.2022 for students from Classes IX to XII, following the SOP’s &
    Covid Appropriate behavior as mentioned in the DDMA Circular (attached for your kind reference).

    As an excellent opportunity of vaccination has been provided by the Govt. for the safety of your ward,
    therefore, we had earlier also requested you to kindly get your ward vaccinated at the earliest if she/he is in
    the age group 15-18 years to protect him/her & the community against Covid-19.

    Since for us health & safety of students is our prime concern & we cannot compromise on the same. Therefore,
    please confirm the status of vaccination before your ward joins the school for offline classes to his/her class
    teacher at the earliest.
    Once, we have received your consent, the Class Teacher shall be sharing the execution plan with you
    along with the timings & slot your child has been allotted as per the guidelines issued by Delhi
    Govt./DDMA.

    You are requested to fill the below mentioned Consent Form and submit by Sunday, 06.02.2022 positively to
    your wards class teacher so that we can make necessary arrangements.

    Note: It is mandatory for your ward to attend school in winter school uniform & to wear mask at all points.
    Please do not send your ward if your residence is in Containment Zone or if anyone in family has tested Covid
    positive or he/she has come in contact with any Covid positive person.

    All adult members of the family are fully vaccinated.

    Kindly make your own transport arrangements to pick & drop of your ward from school.

    Please ensure your ward carries your consent along with his/her Vaccination Certificate (Mandatory)
    & RTPCR (Negative Report) on the First day your child attends the school for his/her own safety &
    safety of community against Covid-19.

    my consent & allow my ward to attend the school for classes & related activities on my own responsibility.

    ❖ I assure that my ward will strictly follow the SOPs & adhere to the guidelines & time slot issued to me by
    school.
    ❖ I will send my ward to school wearing a mask & sensitize him/her to maintain social distancing, sanitize
    his/her hands from time to time, follow COVID Appropriate Behavior (CAB), not to share books,
    notebooks, stationery items, Tiffin box etc.
    ❖ I am aware that I have to make my own arrangement for Pick & Drop of my ward from School.

    ❖ I understand that for safety of my ward & other students I shall submit Vaccination Certificate & RTPCR
    (Negative Report) of my ward incase attending school.

    ❖ I shall inform school & shall not send my ward to school incase my residence is in Containment Zone or if
    anyone in family has tested Covid positive or he/she has come in contact with any Covid positive person.

    I want to send my ward for offline education on my own responsibility to school.

    I do not wish to send my ward to school & would like my ward to attend Online Classes.
