Key Projects:

Studio Anyo, Landon Walk, US


It’s a G+4 apartment building with approximately a floor plate size of 415 Sqm. We are working on
complete interiors of all the floors with 3D modeling, including sheets on LOD 350.

International Airport, Lucknow


The project needed walk-through for ORAT (Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer).
Scope of work in model was Departure, Arrival and VIP area in detail model, involving all signage's and
people operating airport facilities. My scope of work was to design and render VIP departure and
International Departure.

Neom Project, Saudi Arabia


Our scope is Modelling (LOD 500) & Shop drawings of the project on five buildings.
My work involved interior modelling of Building three while making all families, shop drawings details and sheet
work.

IICC, New Delhi India- India’s largest convention and exhibition Centre.
My scope of work for Hardscape and Softscape design development included pedestrian walk-ways, Kerb Stones,
and plantation.

National Tennis Centre, Rosetti, USTA, New York, USA.


My Scope involved Modelling (on LOD 350) of the project, creating various families and staircase detailing. Project
involved 23 staircase and each staircase have different details involving tread, risers, handrail and construction
techniques.

Turner School Horticultural classroom, UK


The School is a London based project. Our scope is Modelling (on LOD 350) & Shop drawings of the project. The
school is 31 seating capacity. The challenge of the project is to create sloping windows & wall layers.

The Buildwell Architects (September 2020 - 31st March 2023)


BIM Architect

Key Projects:
 Residential Apartment Flat, Lucknow
A modelling flat project in eldeco, with the requirement of creating detailed presentation and interior
models while understanding client needs. Meeting MEP, hardware and security requirements and materials
required for and on the site. Made drawings from scratch, and executed the project.
Coordinating with vendors and checking their quote as per drawing.

 Fitness centre, Noida


Coordinating with junior architects and created models for interior and existing building from scratch.
Creating estimation, quality and quantity data. Creating details, toilets and interior elevations as per
requirement.

 Administrative block, Punjab


Coordinating with senior architects to understand the design, the model, site development, orientation of
block and structure. Working in detail with creating working drawings, sections and core for site execution.
