1. TUJUAN
Tujuan ditetapkannya prosedur adalah untuk memberikan panduan bagi setiap karyawan
terkait dengan absensi yang berlaku di lingkungan PT. Borine Technology Indonesia.

2. RUANG LINGKUP
Prosedur ini berlaku bagi setiap karyawan di PT. Borine Technology Indonesia yang
mengatur tentang tata administrasi (presensi) karyawan selama bekerja di lingkungan PT.
Borine Technology Indonesia.

4. DEFINISI
a. Presensi adalah bukti kehadiran karyawan untuk bekerja.
b. Absensi adalah suatu bentuk pendataan presensi atau kehadiran seseorang atau
pegawai yang merupakan bagian pelaporan dari suatu institusi yang berisi data –data
status kehadiran yang disusun dan diatur secara rapi dan mudah untuk dicari,dan
digunakan apabila sewaktu-waktu diperlukan oleh pihak yang berkepentingan
c. Payroll adalah proses atau sistem penggajian karyawan mulai dari tahap perhitungan
komponen-komponen terkait dengan gaji hingga pembayaran gaji dalam jangka waktu
tertentu.

d. PENANGGUNG JAWAB
a. General Manager
Bertanggung jawab menetapkan kebijakan jam kerja karyawan
b. Departemen HR
 Bertanggung jawab dalam penerapan peraturan perusahaan
 Bertanggungjawab dalam mengkomunikasikan jam kerja kepada semua karyawan.

e. PROSEDUR
Alur Penjelasan

1. Departemen HR menerima keputusan


jam kerja dari General Manajer
2. Aturan jam Kerja yaitu maksimal 40
(empat puluh) jam setiap minggu
mengacu pada Peraturan Perusahaan
PT. Borine Technology Indonesia
dengan pengaturan sebagai berikut
-Minggu Pertama
Senin-Kamis : 08.00 WIB-17.00 WIB
Jumat : 08.00-17.30 WIB
selama 5 (Lima) hari kerja dalam
seminggu.
-Minggu Kedua
Senin-Kamis : 08.00 WIB-16.00 WIB
Jumat : 08.00-17.30 WIB
Sabtu : 08.00-12.00 WIB
selama 6 (Enam) hari kerja
Untuk jam kerja pada Minggu ke 3
dan seterusnya mengikuti skema yang
dijelaskan diatas.
3. Bagian HR mengkomunikasikan jam
jam kerja kepada seluruh karyawan
4. Apabila terdapat perubahan jam kerja
maka HR akan menginformasikan
kepada karyawan melalui beberapa
media seperti : informasi board,
media elektronik maupun sosialisasi
langsung kepada kepala departemen
5. Setiap karyawan melakukan absen
sebanyak 2 kali setiap datang dan
pulang dengan menggunakan face
scanner yang telah diatur secara
sistem
6. Karyawan harus mengikuti ketentuan
absensi sesuai dengan yang tertuang
pada “pedoman pelaporan
keterlambatan dan syarat ketentuan
absensi”

1. PURPOSE
The purpose of establishing procedures is to provide guidance for each employee related
to attendance that applies in the PT. Borine Technology Indonesia.
2. SCOPE
This procedure applies to every employee at PT. Borine Technology Indonesia which
regulates employee administration (presence) while working at PT. Borine Technology
Indonesia
3. REFERENCE

5. DEFINITION
a. Presence is proof of the presence of employees to work.
b. Absence is a form of data collection of presence or presence of a person or person
employee who is part of the reporting of an institution which contains data on the
status of attendance which is neatly arranged and arranged and easy to find, and use if
at any time required by interested parties
c. Payroll is an employee payroll process or system starting from the stage of calculating
components related to salary to paying salaries within a certain period of time.

6. PERSON RESPONSIBLE
a. General Manager
Responsible for establishing employee working hours policies

 Responsible for implementing company regulations
 Responsible in communicate working hours to all employees.

7. PROCEDURE
Flowchart Explanation

1. HR department accepts working hours


decisions from the General Manager
2. Working hours rules that is up to 40
( four twenty ) hours every Sunday refers
to the Company Regulations PT. Borine
Technology Indonesia with arrangement
as following :
The First Week: Monday to Thursday:
08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Friday: 08:00 AM -
05:30 PM For a total of 5 (five) working
days in a week.
The Second Week: Monday to Thursday:
08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Friday: 08:00 AM -
05:30 PM Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
For a total of 6 (six) working days.
Starting from the third week, working
hours will follow the schedule outlined
above.

3. The HR department communicates the


hours of entry or working hours to whole
employee
4. If there is change in working hours
then HR will inform to employee through
some media like : information boards,
electronic media nor socialization direct
to head department
5. Every employee do roll call 2 times
each come and go home with use face
scanner that has arranged in a manner
system
6. Employees must adhere to the
attendance regulations as outlined in
“Guideline For Reporting Late and
Attendance Requirement”
