    During a Grundfos Commissioning, we thoroughly check all aspects of your Grundfos pump installation. We check
    that your system and pumps are fully compatible, that all pumps are correctly installed and aligned, and that the
    system has been tested and is ready to go.

    Requirements:
    1. The pump unit is installed on site and is mounted in accordance with the installation
    manual.
    2. Safety precautions for people and equipment have been observed, and international
    and local safety regulations have been followed as well.
    3. Piping systems are clean and have been flushed before start-up of the equipment.

    4. All electrical cables have been run to the control cabinet.


    5. The installation is provided with the necessary voltage supply, power and auxiliary
    utilities.
    6. The system must be filled with liquid and must be able to consume water

    Scope of supply and services:


    1. Installation check
    2. Voltage and protection check
    3. Winding resistance measurements for pumps
    4. Level, pressure switch or sensor installation check
    5. Setting of proper functions and parameters
    6. Start-up operation
    7. Working parameters test
    8. All settings documented in a service report
    9. Only for long-coupled pumps: pump alignment included
    10. Training of your operations and maintenance personnel on daily operation and
    minimum maintenance to keep the equipment up and running
    11. Information about recommended consumables or wear parts
    12. Service job finalised with a report highlighting all areas covered and including
    recommendations

    Remarks:
    Please note that equipment from other manufacturers may affect the normal operation of Grundfos products.
    The price does not include waiting times and work on site caused by improper installation or improper conditions.
    Grundfos and Grundfos Authorised Service Partners reserve the right to refuse any service work if the requirements
    are not met at the time of service.
    They also reserve the right to issue an additional bill for waiting time.
