8.2. The Unit Cost
The unit cost shall be of the cost of the base house,
where it is with financing of the housing loan programs.
Should the owner want to purchase the additional
floor level/s for expansion, he is to pay without the aid
of the housing loan program, or with the aid of another.
Therefore, for this study, it shall focus on the unit cost
where it is computed thoroughly from the base house.
Note that some pieces are pre-cut and pre-cast that
the computations for whole prices are divided too
and cost of disposable forms are negligible.
Costs are from retail prices of the products from different
shops and hardware stores, except for some which are
exclusively manufactured by certain companies, like that
of the Solar Home System of Oriental & Motolite.

8.2. The Unit Cost

The unit cost shall be of the cost of the base house,

where it is with financing of the housing loan programs.

Should the owner want to purchase the additional

floor level/s for expansion, he is to pay without the aid

of the housing loan program, or with the aid of another.

Therefore, for this study, it shall focus on the unit cost

where it is computed thoroughly from the base house.

Note that some pieces are pre-cut and pre-cast that

the computations for whole prices are divided too

and cost of disposable forms are negligible.

Costs are from retail prices of the products from different

shops and hardware stores, except for some which are

exclusively manufactured by certain companies, like that

of the Solar Home System of Oriental & Motolite.
